"Room was clean and staff was helpful but our see view room was disappointing the first room was on an incline so ask to switch as I could not sleep with my head facing down and in both rooms the so called sea view was a very small window that was in one corner that you had to stand up and get in front of it to see the sea and the rooms was very small and the window let in very little light and we had to have a light on in the middle of the day ! "Nothing Grand about this hotel,arrived after a long journey from France,no parking available on-site had to park on site road which ment we had get up early next day to move the car by 9.We were also told we'd have to pay £5 if we wanted to park at the hotel.I was'nt aware there was a charge.We booked a double room but was given room 510 which was a family room.The window handle was broken so it did'nt shut,the window vent would'nt stay closed and it was blowing a gale outside so the room was...

"Had a great room at front on top floor with great sea view. Room and hotel were clean. Did not have breakfast. Possibly understaffed. One night we got back at 9:30 and bar was closed. Lift was out Ok for us but was a problem for some other guests. Would probably use again . Hard to choose between this and the nearby voco."

"The kitchen was closed when we arrived. Later service may be appreciated. Our room also had a very squeaky floor so I pity the people below us. View was beautiful and shower was hot, bed was clean and fresh. Staff were not always at their post at the front desk but we never had to wait long."

"Lovely room, great food in restaurant. Hotel doesn't do breakfast in week but lovely cafe next door doing breakfasts etc. Car park close too, have to pay but free 7pm to 7am."
