"There was confusion with our reservations and after two of the three days of our visit they deactivated our keys. My daughter and granddaughter were at the pool and the desk attendant would not let them go back to the room even though my 3 year old granddaughter was shaking and shivering in the lobby. The desk clerk didn’t have the curtesy to call me to check on the issue. She had an uncaring superior attitude. Very disappointing!!! After I went downstairs and showed her the confirmation she noticed the mistake. She continued with her poor attitude. She didn’t even apologize for their own mistake. I stayed there many times and never encountered a desk staff as poor as her. Hopefully she never has to see her grandchildren shivering because of the incompetence of others."
