The hotel staff was great and very helpful. The hotel was also very clean and in a great location (walking distance to all the major sites). My only real complaint was the lack of water pressure and lack of signage that lets you know the hotel entrance is on the forth floor. It’s in the heart of a busy area so late night people partying and yelling at 1 am made it a bit noisy.

The location is perfect .... right in the middle of all the major attractions and we walked everywhere. Our room was very spacious with a huge oversize bed and two couches. The downsides are: There is very little water pressure and the hot water is not very hot, a bad combination. It was cold and rainy and there was no heat in our room so we had to use blankets to stay warm. We were on the 4th floor (piano 3) and the elevator broke on the second day.

Due to unforseen circumstances, we were not able to stay in the room we originally booked. However, the staff went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of and found us another place to stay nearby.

The property is a 400 yr old building but the furnishings appear to be newer. It's bright n airy due to high ceiling and the beautiful light-colored art work on the ceiling. Amir and Ahmed were wonderful. They both made sure we were taken care of. They held our luggage in the lobby on day 1 so we can visit Trvevi fountain which is just around the corner from Trevi after this we proceeded to Pantheon. They provided shampoo, body wash and towel. We'll stay there again.

The place was great, I would definitely stay here again but would not recommend for light sleepers or people with children. Pros: clean, huge room/bathroom, comfortable beds, kitchenette in room, Netflix, room with balcony, walking distance to many attractions and restaurants, front desk staff are helpful and very knowledgeable about the area Cons: front desk is only open 8am-8pm, very noisy at night as it’s close to the tourist area, water pressure & temperature not great in showers.

The trevi Rome suite rooms are very spacious and 3 mins walk to trevi fountain, restaurants and shopping. And mostly very safe area to stay.

Our only complaint was that we had a problem getting internet. We had purchased an international plan. The staff was very helpful. I felt like I was in Roma. So nice.

Nothing negative about this property. I would like to thank Sarah our receptionist who was very caring and helpful resolving a problem. Hotel is beautiful, immaculately clean and the staff very helpful & caring. Location is ideal! Would stay there again.

This is an elegant updated property which is tucked away and safe yet a short walk to Trevi Fountain and other key sites. Great location and large suite/ room. Staff was always busy on the phone so didn’t have much interaction with them. Would return for a convenient and comfortable stay inside the older part of town.

Very lovely stay, steps away from the Trevi Fountain. Not far from Spanish Steps and all the shopping one could want. Great restaurants in the area. All within a five to ten minute walk.
