My recent stay at The H’all Tailor Suite Hotel in Rome warrants a candid review of the establishment's shortcomings. Despite its promising facade, the reality proved disheartening. Throughout the duration of my week-long visit, I encountered a series of dismaying incidents that marred the experience. The service at this hotel was consistently lackluster, marked by a concerning lack of professionalism and hospitality from the staff. Their demeanor was notably rude and unsustainable practices were prevalent, casting doubt on the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction and environmental responsibility. The breakfast options provided were disappointingly limited in both variety and quality. However, the most alarming discovery was the presence of mold on several food items. This egregious oversight not only compromises the health and safety of guests but also calls into question the hotel's adherence to basic hygiene standards. I have documented these concerns with photographic evidence and strongly recommend a thorough inspection of The H’all Tailor Suite Hotel to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Until these issues are addressed in a comprehensive manner, I cannot in good faith endorse this establishment to discerning travelers seeking a pleasant and hygienic accommodation experience in Rome.

I would like to apologise on behalf of the entire staff of the hotel if you experienced any disservice on our part. However, I am sure that we did everything we could to accommodate you during your stay.On the other hand, if you are referring to the non-refundability of your non-refundable booking, I would like to remind you that you signed a contract with Expedia. Therefore, the booking was non-refundable except in cases of force majeure.I would also like to remind you that, as a hotel, we came to your aid by offering you a voucher for the cost of your stay, which the hotel receives from Expedia without commission.You then decided to keep the reservation by writing that you would write a negative review and I hope that is not why you wrote that you received poor service from us.Regarding the poor service you received at the All'Oro restaurant, I apologise on behalf of the restaurant staff. I would remind you that the restaurant is managed separately from the hotel.I will certainly report this to the restaurant manager and ensure that this type of disservice to a guest does not happen again. This is an amazing hotel with very attentive staff. We also arranged transportation through the hotel and all the drivers were professional and experienced. This hotel also boasts a Michelin star restaurant with an amazing menu. Highly recommend to anyone traveling to Rome.

The property was a bit smaller than expected. And a little further away from the main city centre than we wanted but it was nice to get away from all the action. Would have been nicer to have a bigger lobby or some more hang out spaces other than the room. Food was delicious.

I enjoyed my stay. Location is a nice reprieve from the more touristy parts of Rome but still close enough to access everything. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Only thing I'd note for future travelers booking through hotels.com is that my listing said I would receive free self-parking as a silver VIP member, and upon checking in at the hotel, they had no record of this perk and charged me the $35 euro per day rate which is actually a good rate compared to parking charges at some of the other nice hotels in the city, but still came as a surprise given how the free parking perk was advertised on the hotels.com app & website.

Staff seem to try to get extra money from me for every little thing. We checked into our room and get a call immediately saying it would be extra 80 euros cause they didn’t know my wife was staying in the room. In the room there was 2 humidifiers to try to mask the humidity in the air. We honestly checked out 15 minutes later, stayed at a 3 star which was much better.

We chose to stay at the hotel for the restaurant however were disappointed with the hotel room. We were staying for our honeymoon and advised the hotel of this in advance - the occasion was not mentioned and the room in our opinion not worth the value of what we paid nor any offer of an upgrade. Not even any free water in the room which is usually a given and has been at the other hotels we have stayed in on our honeymoon. The restaurant is amazing!

the bed was a little bit springy, as in I could feel the springs and when my partner moved i moved as much as they did, also the shower even turned all the way to as hot as it would go is what i’d call luke warm. staff was super friendly and the room was lovely to look at.

I was so pleased with this hotel. I have taken overseas trips before but this was the first to Rome. The hotel is in a great area, it has character and is clean. Every staff member I came across had great customer service skills. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the house keeping staff cleaned every day. I actually left them a nice tip because they did such a good job. The restaurant is great, I ate breakfast there every day, and it is an experience, not just a meal. I only ate breakfast there because I got in late every day, but I hear the dinner service there is excellent as well. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because I wanted to make this a walking vacation since I was only there for a week, and maps.com showed it to be central to the coliseum and the vatican, and it was. During my very enjoyable week there I visted the Vatican, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, Coliseum and all the places near and in between them. The farthest site away was the coliseum which was about 3.4 kilometers away, which for me is an easy trek, it took me about an hour to walk there. I will definitley be coming back to Rome and will be staying here again.

The room I reserved was not available, zero air conditioning, staff was very rude and not willing to explain why I got a lessor room then I booked. I ended up checking out the 2 Ms day and move to a different hotel. I would never recommend this hotel, especially to someone visiting Rome for the first time. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. I so glad I didn’t prepay for this hotel. Rude staff , especially the morning guy working.

The staff here was really great. Everyone was very polite and willing to go the extra mile. Cleaning service was every day which was very nice compared to most US hotels that are only every 3 days now. The room was very clean every day when we got back. We had a room with a nice size balcony which was lovely for the weather we had. Graziano was especially helpful to us and always asked how our trip was going thought the 9 days we stayed here. We could tell he wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We would absolutely stay here again.
