Love the hotel. Very walkable to all the sites like the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon. Best part was the front desk. Best so far on our trip to Italy. Very friendly and helpful

My stay at Rome Life was fantastic! The location couldn’t have been better, with most attractions within walking distance. The service was exceptional, and having breakfast included was a great perk. Highly recommend!

Rome Life Hotel was wonderful! The staff truly made our experience exceptional. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The entire team was incredibly personable, going above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met throughout our stay. Whether it was offering recommendations for local shopping, the best pizza and gelato in Rome, asking if we wanted fresh cappucino the minute we walked in to the restaurant for the lovely free breakfast, or simply engaging in friendly conversation, the staff consistently demonstrated a genuine interest in making our stay enjoyable. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor truly set the tone for a memorable experience. I cannot praise them enough for their outstanding hospitality, and we look forward to returning in the future. Overall a good stay in this hotel, staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had good variety and location was walking distance to all the main sights. Only complaint was no door on the bathroom so if you like privacy or quiet when your companion is using it then it might not be for you. Also power socket came away from the wall by the bed so didn’t want to use it and rainfall shower head was very weak. But rooms were good size and very clean. All drinks in fridge on checkin were complimentary too which was a nice surprise.

This hotel was the perfect location for sightseeing. 15 minutes walking from Termini station, 15 minutes walking to the Colosseum, 13 minutes walking to the Trevi Fountain & Spanish Steps, in the middle of everything! The staff were all lovely, the free breakfast was great, and the room was clean and comfortable.

Mediocre at best
This was our second hotel in Rome we stayed in during our Christmas get away. The staff were helpful, especially the breakfast staff. Every morning we were greeted with smiles and orders for espresso or cappuccino. The hotel had a funky mildew smell upon entering. They tried to cover up the smell but was unsuccessful. My son’s room also had the funky smell. The rooms were pleasant however very dark. The bathroom was quite small and lacked privacy with glass sliding door. The vanity was also small with nowhere to put toiletries. The shower slide had dark gunk that was quite apparent. No turndown service. On the plus side, they brought mini champagne and cookies for Christmas.

The included breakfast was incredible. We loved having an aperitif in the bar before dinner every night. Convenient to everything! Plenty of space in the room for family of three!

Excellent location, staff were very helpful, breakfast was fantastic and the room was. although not very big, perfect for our stay. The mini fridge is filled with complimentary soft drinks and snacks, there’s a charge for them to be replaced if requested, there is a kettle for making hot drinks and TV, which to my surprise had a couple of English speaking channels which was great too, The hotel is very modern and tastefully decorated, it was very clean our room was absolutely spotless just the a few marks on the wall but nothing that I would criticise. The breakfast area was spacious and the waiting staff were very attentive, the selection and quality of food and drinks was fantastic. Would certainly recommend the hotel to any of my friends wanting to visit Rome.

The hotel was great! We really enjoyed staying there! Staff were friendly and very helpful! We found nice restaurants nearby and then had a glass of wine in the hotel bar! I would definitely stay there again!

While this hotel had a modern feel, there were no amenities such as a restaurant. There was a bar where we could get a beverage, however on our last night in Rome it was closed due to a private function. The rooms were extremely dimly lit, which was the kind of lighting I would expect to get if out for a romantic dinner. The air conditioning was turned off, and with the window open for some air, it was noisy the entire night with people at the cafe talking very loudly, and the trucks going by and police cars, and garbage trucks dumping the containers. Location was great, as it was about a 20 minute walk to the colosseum, and a 10 minute walk to the hop on hop off buses. For the price we paid for two nights, we would have expected more.

The room with the bath tub is way bigger than what it appears, and it has a nice shower and 2 sinks in the bathroom. The staff is super helpful and friendly. the location is perfect to walk to the Trevi Fountain or the Pantheon and super easy access by train or subway.

Amazing hotel with the best Breakfast ever !!
We were super impressed by Rome Life - from the great location- walk to all major attractions.To the staff who were all so helpful and very accommodating - nothing was too much trouble. And the Breakfast was the best we have ever had on holidays - the Amazing “Giacotto” makes everyone amazing cappuccino’s and greets everyone like they are his personal friends - we would 100% recommend this hotel.

Rome Life Hotel was a great choice for our Rome segment. We arrived early and were treated to cappuccinos as we waited for our room to be ready. the staff Roberto and Alberto were both delightful and very friendly with lots of recommendations. The room was lovely as pictured, very welcoming with many amenities. The breakfast was amazing with a great selection. We would highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel was excellent, the staff was amazing and very accommodating at all times, Alessandro from the Roof top bar was friendly and very professional, the drinks were amazing along with his willingness to accommodate every request we had for us and our kids, the hotel was very close to all major tourist places. The room was excellent and the breakfast very well balanced as well. Overall awesome!

My family stayed here for a few nights while in Rome and we would definitely recommend this hotel. The service was amazing, everyone was so nice and accommodating. They really went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met - can't say enough nice things about the team they have! The hotel itself is very clean, modern and close to most major attractions in the city (we walked everywhere). The hotel breakfast was very good (make sure to ask for a cappuccino from the bar).

Centrally located to sights, about a 20 walk to Ancient Rome, Spanish Steps area, and a 20 minute cab ride to Vatican City. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Train station is walkable but suggest a cab for about 8 Euro’s. Room quiet and well air conditioned since it was 90 degrees outside.
