Dear Guest,We are very sorry about your negative comments on our facility, but they will be useful to get our services always better. We, as well as surprised, as we tried our best to grant your requests even before your arrival; e.s. ' an internal room/silent room', that you confused us as a hotel, in where all of our pages and through our personal messages to every guest before their arrival that we are just a humble guesthouse. Which apparently has no reception who's working 24hours. We are very sorry if our guests or other residents from the upper floors were really loud. But just like in every part of the world, as not a full owner of the whole building, we can't guarantee the total silence in a vibrant city like Rome. It's a pleasure for us that you appreciated our 'manic cleaning', 'strategic postition', the 'a/c'We would just like to inform our future guests we follow the standard of lodging and accomodations, and we always try our best to offer a quality service even if we are only a small guesthouse. We would like to remind you that our structure, as clearly specified on each site, is not a hotel but a simple guest house, and we do not try to create false expectations for our guests. We are very sorry that after having checked in and having served you our welcome champagne, you did not inform us of all these (debatable) problems, otherwise we would certainly have managed to change your room or in any case refund you part of the stay, because our goal is absolutely not the money but to make your stay special, instead we noticed a not very professional behavior, since you left the following day without even having a personal meeting. Luckily for us there are numerous guests who testify to the great work behind this small "landlord" and repay us with excellent reviews as the current score reflects.However, we remain with the hope of being able to host you again in the near future, so as to regain your trust by offering you our best services.Best regardsThe direction
