Big place for Rome.
was a nice place to stay with our two children. It’s simple and clean. Can’t remember if there was a tv we were in the room just to sleep and then our to explore. Not a lot of plugs but it was fine.

Cover of the sheet was disgusting. It was definitely not washed in a while so imagine what white spots were on it. Quality of the breakfast was below expectations. not mentioned super small bathroom and old building. It was creepy.

Budget Inn w/in walking to major attractions
The Inn is located conveniently only minutes by foot from the main bus/train station and to many major attractions of the city. This is a budget inn but the room itself was clean, had a mini refrigerator and hot water cooker for tea/coffee. The staff was very friendly. The bathroom was tidied but there was mold at the base of the shower. The Inn does not have a restaurant or 24hour reception but there is a supermarket down the street and a great restaurant right next door. Overall, this is a no frills budget Inn in a great location with many shops and restaurants nearby. (good to know-There is an elevator, but you have to walk up a few steps to get there. )

The hotel is not very clean. Our beds do not have blanket, however the service desk is only available in limited hours, so we had to sleep with our jacket on. The hotel is on 3rd floor, but there is no obvious sign on the street. It's on a busy street, very noisy at night. The benefit is walking distance to Termini station, but the neighbourhood is not nice, nor seems very safe to walk at night. I will not recommend it.

Great hotel
Room was basic but comfortable and clean. Location is excellent with plenty of restaurants nearby and a 5 minute walk from Termini rail and metro stations.

The hotel location is perfect for Termini station. The room was clean, bed and pillow comfortable. Check in was easy. My only problem was that I couldn't get the ac to cool. Because the desk closes at 7p there was no one to get help from. Could have just been me being dumb, but in hindsight I wish I had tried to turn it on when I first arrived and there was staff there.

The air conditioner didnt work which made it impossible to sleep at night. To get some relief we had to leave the window open but it was so noisy overnight we could not sleep

good morning the air conditioners were all overhauled on 1 June and they are all fully functional, the problem is that many people do not know how to use the remote control, for example, set the timer without their knowledge or do not put the correct setting, just ask the staff and the problem was solved, as far as noise is absolutely right, we are in the center of Rome and it is normal that it is not exactly like being in the countryside, then with the window open I imagine the confusion! we are sorry that he did not sleep, we will try to improve Greetings

nice, clean and tidy however this is not a hotel instead its a guest house. breakfast is delivered to the room and there's no breakfast area.

Good location
We wanted a hotel that is walking distance from the main tourist attractions in Rome. It did not disappoint. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. A bit hard to find, as it is inside a building and not visible from the street.

Ok hotel but great location
The establishment is only one floor of about 5 rooms. It was a little hard to find because it's in a big building of other hotels and businesses. It was really close to the train/metro stations which was the best part. The girl at the front desk was very helpful when we got there and gave us a map with suggestions of places to visit. The staff was only there from 0800-around 1300 and after that no body is there. The bathroom had a very strong sewer smell that filled the whole room and only one of the buttons to flush worked. Rome was really hot so it was really fustrating that the cleaning crew would turn off our AC when we would leave and they would clean. It took me forever to find a place that included breakfast that was in the city but was very disappointed to know it was just packaged mini pieces of toast and small croissants with cappachino if the lady was there and u woke up early enough, but it might be an Italian thing. So if ur expecting an American breakfast this isn't anything like it.

Do not stay
The only positive thing about this is hotel its proximity to Termini station. Room was okay but bathroom was not clean. There seem to be some problem with drainage in the shower. After two days of stay, we are forced to move on to another location to repair drainage problem. The property manager promised the new place to be better than the current one but it was in a shady location. The room was very small, stinky and linens are dirty. There was no hot water. Worst of all, there is no one to talk to, no phone number was provided to reach any one.

Great place for good a price
I stayed there for two nights with my friends, in a triple room. The location was excellent, because we were near the Termini station. The neighourhood is not the most pleasant one, but probably everyone goes to see the sights, so it does not matter. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The wifi was working well and it was nice to have the fridge and water boiler in the room. Only negative thing is the noise that you can hear from the street, but if you bring earplugs with you, it's not a problem. So overall, a great place to stay, especially for the price.

Sono stato cliente di questa struttura prima della pandemia e posso dire che era molto curata,in questo soggiorno è stato deludente: camera piena di polvere,asciugamani nn cambiate e il letto nel secondo giorno nn è stato fatto,mi e stato risposto che in questo periodo di crisi nn c’è la persona che prepara le camere e il prezzo è talmente poco 35 euro a notte che nn ci si rientra con le spese

Buona sera la struttura era stata aperta solo per lei in quanto erano mesi che non entravano prenotazioni , la camera era stata rifatta qualche giorno prima , è vero credo che ci sia stata un pò di polvere , ma non eravamo preparati ancora per ospitare , le faccio presente che in 10 anni di attività non sono mai state cambiate le lenzuola o asciugamani tutti i giorni in quanto noi siamo un affittacamere e non un hotel , la cosa sconcertante è che in questo periodo storico non si riescano a capire le situazioni drammatiche che io e tutti gli operanti del settore stiamo vivendo , con 35 euro lei voleva il servizio giornaliero in camera (pulizie) e cambio lenzuola addirittura .... purtroppo il personale è in cassa integrazione , e forse è errore mio che sono il titolare , non aver corretto su expedia il fatto che con quel prezzo è solo soggiorno , ma comunque ritengo alquanto ingiusto affossare ancor di più chi è in difficoltà in questo periodo. fortunatamente per sua ammissione prima del covid ha confermato che le cose funzionavano bene . ecco ! dopo il covid cercheremo di tornare ai nostri livelli , le chiediamo scusa se per pochi spicci non siamo stati all'altezza delle sue aspettative !!

No fue de mi total agrado. La entrada es en un edificio que no tiene ninguna señalización. La atención ni buena ni mala, regular. La habitación regular, baño viejo, la cama incómoda (mas alta al medio), la limpieza diaria muy pobre, el desayuno pobre, había que pedir shampoo y jabón sino no te dejan. La ubicación buena.

Ottima struttura e personale gentilissimo
Ottima struttura,posizionata vicino la stazione Termini e vicino a Santa Maria Maggiore,con molti locali e supermercati vicino.Poi vorrei aggiungere l’accoglienza e la gentilezza della Signora Arianna che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa,la camera stupenda con tutti i confort.Consiglio questa struttura e nn vedo il momento di ritornare a Roma per poter soggiornare

séjour agréable. Nous sommes très satisfaits . Métro à deux pas, Train également et aussi assez près des monuments principaux pour y aller à pied. la seule suggestion à faire : le petit déjeuner étant servi en chambre, prévoir une deuxième chaise dans la chambre , ce serait plus commode......

Relación calidad precio adecuada. Es una pensión sin mayores pretensiones. Nosotros lo utilizamos solo para dormir por lo que lo que íbamos buscando era limpieza, habitación cómoda y silenciosa y lo encontramos. El lugar está bastante bien comunicado. La chica de la recepción es de entrada de antipática pero al final resulta no serlo tanto. Si vas buscando lo mismo puede ser una opción válida. Tiene wifi gratis.

Custo/Benefício para poucos dias.
Quarto espaçoso, banheiro idem. Porém deixou a desejar no colchão e na limpeza. De qualquer maneira, valeu pelo pouco tempo que passamos(2 noites) e a localização é boa, próximo à Termini, sendo possível ir à pé.
