Disliked: Check-in, listing accuracy
Best thing about this place is the location. Right in the middle of all amenities and historic sites within walking distance. It was clean and organized and spacious. Although do not arrive before check in time because there is no receptionist and you will not get instructions to get into room until your check in time. We had to wait in building and the whole main building doesn’t have AC Either. our greatest complaint was that the AC did not work in the apartment for the majority of our stay. We only had cold AC for one night out of 4 and I had to clean air filters and do maintenance myself until they address the issue on the last day. They said that it was a whole building issue and our AC was not independent. It was not worth the price which currently disputing charges due to lack of attention to living conditions. After requesting refund or a different unit they eventually offered another apartment after about 3 nights in another area of Rome that we did not want to be and transfer to due to inconvenience and moving 3 children and luggage and having to pay for transportation. Which you luck with this place. Sleeping was horrible.
