The room was nice. We went to aperitivos a few times. The first night was wonderful, the second night was okay. But we were a group of 3 rooms and the hotel made sure we had rooms close. I would stay at this hotel again.

Property was very close to many landmarks we wanted to visit.Property a bit outdated for the amount of money spent.Checkin was ok.Beware We felt everybody had an Attitude and very rude especially when we Checked out.Location was great but never again will stay in this hotel

Very pretty hotel. Clean and spacious. Friendly staff. Great continental breakfast. Comfortable beds. Nice area. My only complaint was that the room was hot at night with no a/c.

Hotel Savoy was excellent for our recent trip to Rome. The breakfast range was comprehensive and we were always greeted with lovely welcoming staff. Everyone was very helpful at reception & concierge. The roof terrace was perfect for an Aperol spritz after a hot and long day sightseeing. Good range of places to eat and drink nearby in the evenings. Our room was lovely and quiet - the bed was spacious and comfy.

Roof top bar was excellent, bedroom small but adequate, couple of issues resolved quickly. Would recommend the hotel as staff were extremely friendly

The property has an issue with a deranged woman that screams all night long outside the hotel. They can’t do anything about it. They call police but she returns everyday. The noise is unbearable and they lie stating that hotel has ac but they turn it off for the winter. We opened the window. And both got very sick . This has been my worst hotel in all of my travels. Please do your research before you book a hotel.

The entrance to hotel was quite impressive. The negatives were, paper cups for tea and coffee in the room,we also think the decor a llittle dated. Our room was located at the front of the hotel, and found it a little noisy with traffic .

This hotel was amazing the staff were always obliging and so helpful and friendly. The rooms were grand and clean and spotless. I celebrated my birthday and they went out of there way to make my day special with a bottle of wine sent to my room. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are quaint and have all amenities you could require. The rooftop patio is beautiful with great views of the city. Quiet area of the city but easily walkable to all major areas. We loved our stay!

THE FRONTDESK STAFF WAS VERY ATTENDANT. HOWEVER, WE LEFT OUR NEW LUGGAGE IN STORAGE FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS JUST TO FIND OUT THAT THE BELL BOY HAVE DAMAGED IT. WE LET THE FRONT DESK KNOW AND GOT NO REPPLY

The facility was beautiful and clean. The rooms were spacious and welcoming. I only sat in the Terrace lounge. I didn't eat at the restaurant. I highly recommend the cocktails in the lounge. I would skip the food options (sandwiches - which we thought we'd grab quickly after our long flight in) -- food in the local restaurants was far suprior.
