We unfortunately only had one night here, but it was the best hotel out of four on this trip. The room was great; the fitness center was stellar; and the breakfast looked awesome, although we didn’t get to partake. The staff was friendly and efficient as well. Highly recommend!

Staff at front desk was rude and told me 2 different stories about how there was no rooms ready for me at 230pm. She didnt realize she got herself in a lie but as i sat there she gave room keys to 6 different guests who came in after me and i even checked in 2 hrs prior on my hilton app. 2 cleaners were told to go check a room but instead went outside the front doors and smoked cigarettes. Bout fed up with hilton hotels and their rude staff and nothing ever being ready. Never have any issues at the marriot hotels and have even checked in 4 hrs early at them. No excuses for the way i was treated and lied to and the poor work ethic of the employees

The Inn was convenient to everything in Rome. Quiet, clean room. Nice staff. Good breakfast included. I would have like to have had a room safe.

Dilapidated property. Upon checking in I went to lift the toilet seat and it literally snapped off. Called front desk and they apologized and moved us across the hall. This room had a non-functioning TV. Paid $200 for what again? I coulda stayed at a hotel half the cost and probably not had these issues. Super disappointed with this stay and would not recommend to people visiting the area.

The room was full ants and had silver fish. The room is full handicap and very hard for us to use. The room felt old and so are the amenities. Room was also by the swimming pool. The exercise room the breakfast area very noisy. It appears expedia has no clout

The front staff,( both afternoon (Charise) and morning (Debbie) friendly and were very helpful too. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. We will stay here every time we visit our children in the area.

We needed a hotel last minute, due to another hotel in the area failing to let us know that all jacuzzis and all pools were down at the time. That was the whole reason we went for my niece's sweet 16. When we arrived at the Hilton the lady at the desk her name was Maddie was very accommodating and did everything she could to get us into a perfect room with everything we needed. Being such short notice I was overly thankful for her taking her time to make sure our stay was perfect. We will be staying here again!

The room I checked into was dirty, in the refrigerator there was leftover food, eggs, bacon and yogurt. On the floor there was plastic and plastic knife. The least they could do was give me another room or discount. They did nothing but say sorry

I have been to many Hampton inn and the staff at this location did not even say hello when you greeted them. Breakfast was terrible. Oatmeal was all water and eggs and sausage were cold. They are supposed to have coffee out 24/7 and there was none. They also closed the breakfast at 950 instead of 10.

Rooms and common areas were clean and in good repair. Breakfast was typical for a Hampton Inn breakfast staff was friendly. Upon arrival learned that the pool was closed for maintenance, tried to utilize the exercise room also closed for maintenance, my husband adked the front desk to turn on the outdooe firepit and was told "it's natural gas and currently safe for use" - okay so 3 out of 4 amenities not on working order - additionally staff didn't inform us of the closed pool and exercise room we found out trying to use them. 3 strikes we are out and will not stay here when visiting the area again. Way overpriced based on all amenities basically in disrepair.

This was my 3rd time staying here and each time I have such a pleasant stay. The staff is so nice. I had a problem with the tv and Willie came right up and fixed it. The breakfast is always delicious. My daughter and niece had so much fun in the pool. Can’t wait to come back up. Thank you!
