Great Little Find
Lovely Little Find . Turned up late but wasnt an issue as although i hadnt read the email properly , we phoned the owner who senr us instructions on how to get in. Once in , what a lovely place . Clean , tidy , excellent location , great breakfast. When we go Rome again we definitely stay here

1 night's stay
1 night's stay before flying home. Chose the BnB for its location. It was a great find and found really lovely staff who assisted me to organize an airport transfer on arrival as well as on departure. On arrival the staff member, was so kind and accommodating as I did arrive before check in. She also gave me a map and advised me on what I could see in an afternoon. I followed her advise and saw it all in a 4 hour walk. Loved it! For one night the room was great & would consider staying here again. Being in the heart of Rome it is quite a busy area at night. Every clean and well set up. Breakfast was wonderful, though the staff member didn't advise me that there was any other food on offer, I overheard another guest ask for eggs, which they had the day before. It would be a good idea to make sure that each new guest is advised of what is on offer on their first morning. The honey satchels at breakfast were all past their use by dates so they should be replaced. The only other thing I can think of to mention is my ensuite shower had a crack on the base. Overall it was a great stay and would recommend others to try it out when in Rome

I had a reservation with Domus Trevi, and they called me with a bait and switch to a room at their sister property on east Rome, Domus Guilia… If you stay at Trevi, your amount of walking is actually bearable. We probably had to walk an additional 18 miles over 7 days.

My partner Maurice and I stayed in Domus Trevi while visiting Rome at the end of December 2019. I booked it because I was impressed with the online reviews, but the room and the service exceeded even my high expectations! The location is perfect, and within walking distance to many attractions. Although it is located in downtown Rome, it is just far enough away from the hustle and bustle to ensure that it is quiet and safe. The room was spotless, and modern. The on-site breakfast was delicious. The owner made us wonderful omelettes in the morning with cappuccinos, and there was fruit, yogurt, breads, cakes, etc...The owner was so amazing. She helped us plan our outings, providing us with maps and directions to wherever we wished to visit each day. This is the best B&B I have stayed in, and we both cannot wait to stay there again on our next trip to Roma! Thanks so much for your hospitality! Grazie Mille! Raluca delivers
This cannot be written quickly. Some things on the hotels.com web site were not so clear, but I booked because of the high user rating. First: it is not that easy to find, unless you know there is no sign. This is a B&B in a larger apartment building. Simply get to Scanderbeg Piazza and look for the number inscribed in the walls of the buildings. On the correct building there is a pad with 10 or so push buttons, and the one labeled Domus Trevi is the one you need. The rooms are on the third floor, but there is an elevator (very small) that you have to take to the fourth floor then walk back to the third to access the rooms. The breakfast is not a large spread but it is fresh and adequate. The rooms are small but adequate. So why the rating? One word (actually a name): Raluca. This wonderful gift to travelers is unlike anything I ever saw. She is smart, efficient, fun, informative, helpful. She is the manager, housemother, concierge, chef, mother confessor, guardian angel, and so much more. Simply tell her what you need and she makes it happen. If there is something you need to know, she will know it. She makes you feel as though you are family. I simply cannot say enough about her. Honestly, I would return to Rome just to sit and talk with her. The property is about a minute's walk for Trevi Fountain, and there are shops - and hucksters - even closer. There is a fine little restaurant right next door, and gift shops, gelaterias, pizzerias, etc close.

Our main reason for booking a hotel in Rome was to be close to the airport for our return flight the following day. The staff is wonderful. Extremely helpful providing advice regarding best option to travel to airport and took care of the arrangements for us. Facility is spotless - nice breakfast cooked to order! We would definitely stay here again.

Good location for sight seeing
Many of the top attractions are within walking distance. Trevi fountain only 5 minutes away. The two ladies running the hotel went out of their way to help and were so friendly. Only a small establishment and very well run. Would highly recommend it.

Loved our stay here. Marie, staff wonderful and helpful. Just get past the front door of the Building and all is ok. The hotel is located on the fourth floor and has 5-6 rooms. All lovely. So well situated for walking Rome. 10 minutes from subway, Trevi Fountain right around the corner. The Breakfast was so nice! your eggs made to order, omelet, Cappucino or? Great communication regarding parking site seeing options etc. Very clean and comfortable. Thank you Domus Trevi!

Excellent small hotel near Trevi Fountain
The hotel is situated on the 4th floor of a building and at first we thought we had the wrong address, but we were received with great friendliness and professionalism. Yes, the room was quite small, but we were in Rome to be out and about, not to sit inside so this did not matter at all. The bathroom was small but well appointed and very clean. Breakfast was excellent and the staff always friendly and helpful. A perfect little hotel in a perfect location for just about everywhere you want to go and see in Rome. Highly recommended.

A little gem in neat the Trevi Fountain
Booked the Domus Trevi through Hotels.com for a short 3 night stay in Rome in Feb based on the excellent online reviews. This small and quaint B & B certainly didn't disappoint in any respect, the location is couldn't be better, off the beaten track but only 100 meters or so from the Trevi Fountain. The accommodation was well decorated with modern a bathroom and spotlessly clean. Lastly special mention must go to the two ladies that manage the B & B, who go out of their way to help and make your stay special with advice on restaurants, transport and booking attraction's etc. Would I recommend the Domus Trevi, yes without hesitation.

Gem in the heart of town
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Domus Trevi. The staff (Mary and Raluca) were very warm and helpful. The location is superb, very close to the Trevi fountain but in a quiet adjacent square so you don’t get the tourist traffic. The room was clean and cozy. The breakfast was delicious (especially the cake and pie baked by Raluca and her daughter). Look forward to staying there again on our next visit to Rome

Staying at Domus Trevi was a wonderful experience and helped make our visit to Rome all the better. The staff are lovely and more than accomodating - happy to answer any questions about the city and even packed us two breakfast bags the night before as we were leaving early the next day. Rooms are spacious and clean. Perfect location central to Rome if you are wanting to walk to all the major sites - the furthest we had to walk was around 30 minutes to the Vatican. The great thing is though you get to experience all the wonders of the city by exploring it on foot. Would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Rome.

Exceptional stay!
So much to love about Domus Trevi. The location is perfect, the room maybe small but you have everything you need fridge, kettle etc. The breakfast was outstanding, so much food! The staff are just beautiful people, so willing to go out of their way to help you. We felt we had found a home away from home right in the centre of Rome!

A GREAT PALACE TO STAY WHEN IN ROME
Like all trips did our research, checked the ratings and booked the DOMI. And its a really nice place to stay - in the centre of town, we got dropped by Taxi by the fountain, and having googled it before and used maps, we found it within a few minutes. Its in a back road junction, behind a big eclectic controlled door, up on the third floor, so 3 flights steps up, but inside its a little palace. Rooms are spotless clean, great bathroom, AC is a must have, and free Wi-Fi, tea/coffee, and breakfasts all cooked to order by Raluca - who is great she helps plan your day if you ask her, help us with Taxis / check in and was just really helpful - Thank you so much. The Domi is set in town, so we walked to all the attractions, just need to plan and go and take water. Could have done with more than 2 days 3 nights, but we saw a lot, and as said its local to Trevi Fountain, always packed day and night. There are loads local restaurants, some are recommended, and as we found got very busy so suggest booking ahead, or go off out and try the side streets, its like going into a friends house? They will wine and dine you and you will enjoy it, at a lot less Euros, The location allows you to move around easily and we left in the morning and went out till late to see as much as possible. In short this is a great place to stay, there is a little noise at night but you are in the city centre so again its a case of pay your money and make your choice, we loved it.

Hidden gem near the Trevi Fountain
Wonderful, flexible, friendly staff made for a great stay at this centrally located bed and breakfast. Just make sure that you locate it on a map as it is not marked on the outside of the building.

Gem in the center of Rome
This place is well located in the center of the tourist area, but could be a little hard to find since it is not really a hotel, but a B&B. It occupies the space of an apartment on the third floor of a building. There is an elevator, but there are still stairs to negotiate as well. The elevator barely has room for one person with luggage. Rooms are not huge but not bad by Rome standards. Bathrooms are great, with excellent rain forest type showers. The manager Raluca is extremely helpful and does everything possible to make your stay the best it can be. The breakfast is both buffet and cooked to order and offers excellent choice. I thoroughly recommend Domus Trevi for singles and couples.

Best staff ever!!!
Best staff ever!!! I have never felt more welcomed. Our flight to Rome was a little rough and unfortunately the flight got us in several hours before check-in so we fully expected to be stuck somewhere with all of our luggage. The staff went above and beyond to take care of us. They kindly held our luggage for us so we could grab some lunch and then worked like crazy to have a room ready for us when we returned. They went above and beyond to make our entire stay incredible. We are already trying to figure out a time we can return and we will definitely be staying at Domus Trevi!!!!!
