It was quite hard to find the entrance to this guesthouse, but the lady at the reception was really nice to us and the room was really good. So except the look of the area around the building and its entrance, it was really great for the money it cost.

Comfortable,on great location with greate people!

Room was lovely, Marko (to replace Viktoria) and others were very friendly! The rooms tidy, bedding Scented, every day cleaned, in exchange towels! Location wonderful, safe-everywhere we went on foot, in 15 minutes we were up Vaticana and to Piazza di Popolo! All praise and certainly would again staying here!

Reasonably priced city trip.

Didn't like the position but it was reasonably comfortable with friendly helpful staff. Good sized, clean room but very tiny shower. A good distance from attraction but OK for bus or taxi.

Comfortable stay in spite of booking issues

This hotel was spotless and comfortable, located in a quiet, residential location within walking distance to the Vatican. Despite a warm welcome, my experience was marred somewhat by a "mistake" in the advertised booking price which management emailed me about, asking if I would confirm the booking at twice the price! Although the original booking price was honoured, this added unnecessary hassle and confusion to an otherwise pleasant stay and suggests that organisation could be improved. I would recommend this accommodation to independent couples who know the city well, as very little information was available from staff and the surrounding area was very quiet, even at the weekend and especially at night.

Odd beginning

The Domus Prati is basically a bed and breakfast, not a hotel. When we arrived from the train station,a twelve Euro taxi ride, there was no exterior sign advertising the "hotel", only the name on the buzzer list beside the front door. The building itself is a fairly modern but dingy looking apartment building. Looking through the glass of the front door we could dimly make out a small sign - Domus Prati - on the wall, hard to see as the entrance hall was very dark. We rang and rang the bell but no one appeared so we were beginning to wonder if we were going to have to look for another place for our over-night stay. Before we could make up our mind a woman walked up the entrance steps and we asked her about the B and B and she took out her cell phone and called the person who seemingly is the new manager of the place. She was at the market shopping and would be along shortly! When she arrived she apologized but said that she had never received confirmation from Expedia that we were indeed coming so that's why she wasn't there to greet us. Both women , Monica and Victoria, were very pleasant and very helpful, the room was modern, clean, and very comfortable with two beds, and the bathroom was up-to-date and sparkling clean. Monica recommended a near-by restaurant and it was a real winner. Victoria ordered our taxi for the next morning it it was there at the time requested. So after an extremely inauspicious beginning all turned out well and the price was certainly fair.

Private B&B for independent travellers

I had a lovely stay at Domus Prati. The room was spacious and clean with self service for breakfast which was ideal as I was not constrained by times. Initially I had trouble entering the B&B as there is no real reception as it is located within an apartment block. Once greeted everything was as expected.

Ottima posizione

Ottima posizione vicino al Vaticano e servita da mezzi pubblici, fermata della metropolitana Lepanto a due passi. B&b pulito offre una buona colazione con cornetti freschi e self service con buona scelta. Molto cordiale e disponibile Virginia, che trovi nella struttura fino a mezzogiorno. Utile il self check-in per chi arriva dopo mezzogiorno. Lo consiglio.

ótima localização

Este B&B é muito bem localkizado, perto de metro, bonde, ônibus, Vaticano... bairro bem amigável com restaurantes e mercado por perto. A Sra Viktória é uma gracinha! super gentil, cheia de dicas e bom humor! O quarto é lindo e a limpeza impecável! parabéns à Sra Viktoria! ♥

Aangenaam eenvoudig B&B in Rome Prati

Domus Prati is een eenvoudig klein B&B op de begane grond van een appartementencomplex, met vijf ruime kamers met elk een eigen badkamer. Niet ver van een metrostation en van een buurt met interessante café's, restaurants en winkels. Een beperkt Italiaans ontbijt en een eigen koelkast op de kamer. De verzorging is heel vriendelijk, maar alleen 's ochtends tot een uur of elf beschikbaar. Daarna gaat alles telefonisch (ook het 'inchecken').

BUono con qualche accordimento da sistemarw

Ho soggiornato nella stanza singola, ottima, peccato solo per il bagno davvero molto piccolo e privo di bidèt. Sono stata poi messa nella matrimoniale, molto più confortevole, unico neo il vetro della finestra rotto dal quale entrava aria..

Nel complesso buono, ma da migliorare!

Nel complesso buono: pulizia del locale ed i servizi niente male,le stanze sono molto belle e spaziose. Unici nei: la tv fuori uso(si poteva ascoltare solo l'audio, ma non vedere le immagini) e la reception(non vi è qualcuno ad ascoltare le richieste del cliente, si doveva sempre bypassare per una chiamata fatta a proprie spese verso la referente gentile, ma che si trovava spesso fuori...) L'orario della colazione non è indicato, al mattino presto entro le ore 9.30 vi è una coppia che si occupa delle pulizie e porta da fuori i cornetti. Al di fuori da questo orario, si può fare però colazione con ciò che si ha in stanza (crostatine, fette biscottate, crackers, frutta e marmellata,caffè e thé in self service.Presente un microonde e un bollitore di acqua calda, ma non qualcosa di alluminio, anche un banale scalda latte! Impensabile metter il latte nel bollitore visto il calcare che si forma nella serpentina).

Ottima struttura tutto ineccepibile.

Struttura ottima, tutto perfetto, cortesia, pulizia, (in frigorifero a disposizione: acqua minerale, yoghurt, succo di frutta, latte, pane in cassetta, burro) (in camera a disposizione: frutta fresca, crackers, fette biscottate, piccole confezioni marmellata, nutella, ecc.). Tutto compreso nel costo. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Vicinanza a tutti i mezzi di trasporto.

周りに観光客が少ない

部屋もスタッフもよかったのですが、シャワーのお湯が、タンクに溜めるタイプのため、一回のシャワー分でさえ足りませんでした。2人目が入るためには、また溜まるまで3時間待たねばならず、1人は翌朝になりました。3人になった時は、シャワーのために早く帰って来なければならず、観光どころではありませんでした。それが気にならない人には、とてもいいと思います。

carino, in pieno centro, vicino metropolitana

veramente centrale, a due passi da una stazione della metropolitana il che permette di essere al Colosseo, Circo Massimo, Piazza Navona o piazza di Spagna in circa dieci minuti. Buona possibilità di parcheggio subito fuori dell'hotel (a pagamento ma veramente economico) in una zona tranquillissima. La camera veramente confortevole, pulita e silenziosa. Nota di demerito la colazione e i vicini che per fare colazione ti svegliano (la colazione è da far da soli e il posto dove farla è davanti alle porte delle camere). A parte questo però lo consiglierei, ottimo qualità prezzo/servizi ricevuti

Grazie della recensione. Mi spiace che la colazione non sia stata di tuo gradimento, solitamente, chiediamo sempre ai nostri ospiti cosa gradiscano. La struttura è un affittacamere e possiamo offrire solo cibo confezionato: merendine, fette biscottate, pane in cassetta, marmellata, burretti, tè, caffè, latte, cacao, cereali, miele, zucchero, yougurt, succo di frutta. E' comunque tutto pubblicizzato nelle informazioni relative alla struttura. Trattandosi di un appartamento è ovvio che abbiamo dovuto creare uno spazio comune comodo per tutte le stanze. I vicini di stanza - purtroppo - non si possono scegliere. Un caro saluto Gianni, sei stato comunque gentile.
