Beautiful property and room has all necessary amenities. There was no reception so any questions we had about taxi services distance etc. We had to find out from passers by. Instructions in the room were in Italian not English so we couldn’t understand them. And I wish I had know there was a building site opposite.

We had a fantastic time. The property is not a hotel, is rather a BnB type of place. Martina was amazing and super helpful. She book for us the transfer from the airport and help us with taxi service a couple of time we needed. The place is and impecable, well-decorated, well-located room. You will feel independent, as you have your own apartment in Rome. The place is a block from the hop-on hop-off station (Spanish steps). I would have appreciated a laundry room though... we had bad weather and struggle to get our snickers dry out. Overall, great experience, I totally recommend the place. Forgot to mention, there is a really good Italian ristorante right outside the building. Thanks for everything Martina!

The property was in an area close to the Spannish Steps and within walking distance from many of the other attractions. There were a number of very good restaurants and bars in the adjacent streets. The accommodation was perfectly clean and the support sevices were very helpful and supportive. Excellent value for money.

The property was close to everything we needed/wanted. It’s a great location near a Metro station and the Spanish Steps. Room was comfortable. My only complaint would be that the mattress was very hard. But the room was well maintained and very clean. The hostess was friendly, communicated well and offered to help us plan routes for our days destinations. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The location was great, the room was renovared. However, there is no one at the desk other than when you are checking in and the elevator tiny, not the property's fault, but they is construction right across the street and they started working even before 7am on Saturday morning.

The room was quite loud with various other units within the same hallway. Felt like a large apartment was bought and then divided into rooms that all share the same hallway. A bright light came in under the doorway from the hallway during the night. Check in was quite bizarre with the need to meet the employee at the unit at a particular time. You will be charged if late. Felt like an Airbnb. Unit was okay for what you pay but definitely cannot call it luxury. Would stay again if in Rome for a night or 2. Location is pretty good.

Convenient location near Piazza di Spagna. It was very difficult to find the “hotel” as it’s on the 5th floor of a building with no reception. Turns out it was just a few rooms on the fifth floor and “reception” was one very pleasant employee who had a desk in the hallway but wasn’t always there during the day. She also cleaned the rooms. No amenities. Just a room and a washroom. Water bottle and Nespresso were provided only the first day, not the second.

They need to do a better job cleaning. We had two rooms and one room was not clean at all. The sheets were not change from the previous traveler, the dirty sheets were folded with the clean ones.

The beds were sloppylly made. Bottom sheet not even touched. The elevstor was the biggest disappointment. This “hotel” has rooms on the 5th floor of a multipurpose building. If someone did not close elevstor doors on top floors, it was unusable. There are 140 steps up and after a long day if walking /sightseeing not a pleasent surprise. They dhould fix the elevator so it closes automatically. Doing that in 4 days was not a fun adventure.

Affordable quality.
The Villa Borghese is just up the hill, a taxi rank about 200 metres away, one of the stops of the hop-on-hop-off coaches equally close by. It's a short downhill walk to Barberini Square (fountain, restaurants, shops), slightly further to the Spanish steps. This B&B is surrounded by a well-kept district with eateries of high quality, so it's just right for the average tourist.

A big flat with a bunch of rooms (five I think) which has been converted to a guest house. Our room was spacious, but smelled bad when we checked in. We stayed for four nights and the sheets were never changed, but the bins were emptied and the bed was made whenever we came back. Service was OK, we only saw the manager two or three times. We never tried the breakfast as we ate outside.

Great experience at that hotel. The lady at the desk was always ready to help. Breakfast served in the room. Room is big and clean. Walkable or Subway station pretty close.

A comfortable little place
This was very small accommodation but room and comfort were great. there's a parking nearby which was handy to leave car overnight. The girls were helpful. good neighborhood close to attractions.

We arrived at 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon. When we finally got someone on the phone, she said now one had a reservation and hung up. I called back and she said she found the reservation and would be there in an hour. After an hour and a half, I tried to call and she disconnected the call 3 times. I waited 10 minutes and called again, and she picked up and said she would be there in 20 to 25 minutes. She arrived 45 minutes later. We sat in a stairwell for 2 and a half hours waiting. She said this never happens and got us checked in. Apparently they close at 2 on Saturday and Sunday. You need 4 keys to get into the room from outside. The room was clean and cute. The bed was terrible - painfully hard and almost no padding on top. The first night I woke up at 2:30 in a great deal of pain because the bed was digging into my side. It took an hour and a half for the pain to go away so I could sleep again. The shower had very little water pressure, and almost stops if someone else uses water. It does not get very hot either. For a small fee they bring a limited but nice little breakfast. The location is great, and in a very upscale neighborhood.

sir, when you just make a reservation it could happen that there is none in the structure because we generally confirm check-in some days before. for the bed i can t do anything is normal when you change bed because in not your bed that you have at home, but our Beds are medical controlled. every hotel and B&B has Keys to come inside. but if you don t like our structure why you asked me me to saty for other 5 Days? if a don t like a place i want to leave as soon as possible not to continue to stay for other days. Nice location, comfortable room, it is ideal.
Next to restaurants, grocerie shops, walking distance to metro Barberini, walking distance to Plaza Spania and Trevi fountain. Comfortable room with nice european breakfast included.

Best place in Rome!!
This hotel was amazing. Located in a very safe and secure neighbourhood. My husband and I could walk every where....and we did! The girl at front desk and cleaning girl were terrific and helped with every need. 5 star rating for this hotel!! Very clean, nicely updated. We love it.

So-so experience.
Very small property in a good location, decent newish room with nice bath. Four keys to get in and out and advance notification if you arrive later than 6 PM is a problem. Plus they should forget trying to do breakfast. Delivering it to your crowded room, not comfortable. Cold, tasteless coffee is not fun.

Byłam miło zaskoczona, ze apartament był codziennie sprzątany bez żadnej dodatkowej opłaty. Pokoje są nowo wyremontowane, czyste, przestrzenne i super dogodna lokalizacja w samym centrum. Planuje wrócić jeszcze nie raz do Rzymu i zostać właśnie tutaj <3 Dodatkowo Widok z balkonu na Watykan❤️
