Triple room comfy and spacious, quiet thanks to well insulating windows. More than decent breakfast (only the shop bought cakes and croissants would perhaps deserve an upgrade), but plenty of fruit, veg and the classics. We'd happily stay here again.

My room was spacious and clean and the staff was very friendly. The included breakfast is decent and the location in central. My only complaint is that the walls are thin and I could hear my neighbors.

THIS HOTEL IS NOT AS ADVERTISED. It is basically a series of apartments in a building with three other "hotels." There should not be four stars: at most two are warranted. The room was unheated and so cold we could not sleep. We did not feel safe in the property. There is no lobby and no amenities that would qualify for a proper hotel. I believe that the reviews are faked. The pictures do not resemble the rooms we saw. For the prices charged I would recommend you book a proper hotel.

low end, not upscale
Nice and clean but overpriced and overrated, its not 4 stars or upscale in any way, the place should be classed as a B&B rather than a hotel, there's no restaurant, no bar, no lounge area, the spa is nothing special but they charge 80€ for 50min!! (no treatment included) The reception is in a "shop" facing the street beside the entrance of the actual hotel, the hotel is in a old remodeled apartment building, theres two other hotels on other floors but didn't see any reception for those, when first arriving I searched for the reception inside the hotel and walked straight into a connected building that have permanent residents, when finding the reception i was asked to write down my credit card info on a paper and they wanted the city tax paid in cash, upscale?? I travel at work and have +150 hotel nights in a year, this sits at my very top of disappointments, it felt more like Airbnb or a B&B. The high guest rating must be credited an unusually friendly and helpful staff, but that should not be a reason to ignore standard and pricing when giving a rating.

Our reception is open 24/7 to provide our guests with an excellent support service, in order to make their stay as pleasant as possible.All our rooms have been recently renovated, style, comfort and services. The rooms all have double windows for soundproofing, the cleaning service is daily and scrupulous, as evidenced by the reviews and the very high score, almost the maximum.All our rooms are equipped with heating, air conditioning, hairdryer, TV, mini bar, safe, ecological courtesy line, kettle for preparing coffee and tea.Our wellness center is not included in the daily rate as it is for the exclusive use of two people to offer an excellent service.our breakfast buffet is an American buffet with a large variety of products, both sweet and savory from our internal pastry shop, rigorously with fresh ingredients.We look forward to welcoming you back as our guest in the future.Kind regardsNiloufar R.Front Office Manager

Absolutely lovely stay. All major attractions are a walkable distance, except Vatican, which is an jour walk but also an easy walk. Lots of dining options right next to hotel. Termini station very close.

Books a room with two separate beds. Got there and there were two twin beds pushed together into a king size. No way to actually separate them. Had to book a second room at another hotel in the same building. Spent an extra $350. Had I known they really didn’t have a room with two separate beds I would have gone elsewhere.

Staff is the best part about this hotel, they are very friendly; spent at least 10 minutes showing me places to check out on a map when I checked in. The wifi was awful in my room and the network would frequently disappear without me moving (multiple times a minute), which made it difficult to look up restaurants and directions, but the wifi was stable and full in the breakfast room. Spacious bathroom, small shower & bedroom, cute decor, included breakfast buffet, stiff bed, could hear neighbors and outside noise easily. Reception is a separate office located off the street and the hotel is a separate entrance with some hotels on the floors below. Staff helped me to arrange an airport transfer.

Check in was efficient and friendly. Our room was spacious for 3 people. It had 2 seperate rooms and 2 seperate showers as well as another small area we could use for storage. Breakfast provider a good selection of food. Location of hotel was walking distance to many of the main attractions. We were also provided a happy hour drink at a restaurant close by. Can highly recommend

As soon as the booking was confirmed, we received series of messages (email and WhatsApp) from Anna and Ricardo from the reception desk to assist us in our upcoming trip. They sent us all information and arranged airport pick-up and day tours. Customer service was a priority. The room is larger than a standard European hotel room with three single beds. We stayed for three nights and the room were cleaned every day with fresh towels. It's a five-minutes walk to Roma Termini and the hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and bar. The neighbourhood is perfect, as it's away from the crowded landmarks. The closest landmark is the Basilica Papale di Santa Maria Maggiore which is six-minutes walk away. Although we can hear the rubbish trucks from our room early in the morning, we were too tired to be bothered. Thank you Anna and the team for always checking if we need anything . We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the room with the Turkish bath and sauna was beautiful! 10/10 I highly recommend and would come back again! Gracie!

Excellent location with good restaurants nearby. All the hotel staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They asked us to connect with WhatsApp. A few times throughout our stay I got messages asking if we were doing good and did we need any help. I appreciated this as we were there during an exceptional heatwave and sometimes needed a guide to best navigate the city, as walking wasn’t an option. Would highly recommend this hotel to any of our friends.

Hotel was in walking distance to train station / coffee shops/ restaurants and all tourist attractions. We rarely used taxis but if needed it was quick to get one. Staff was amazing, helpful and friendly. We requested hotel transportation from hotel to airport and while checking out at 6AM they had a Togo bag of breakfast items and waters for our trip. So thoughtful and yummy! Breakfast buffet, was clean and had variety of delicious items. Hotel room was clean, air conditioning was amazing , TV worked and the size was great. We will always recommend this hotel to any friends and family going to Rome.
