Excellent, calming with amazing service.

Very beautiful B&B. Sabrina and Anna went out of their way to guide us. Very calming place. They specifically brought fresh stuff and English breakfast tea for us. Fully recommended. The only improvement is to make the sun a little less hotter 😀.

The hosts very friendly and accomodating to any Special requests and the swimming pool always very clean, my young kids loved it... After breakfast usually the hosts would leave so we had the place all for ourselves ntil the day after made us feel like we owned the house the lovely pool and the fantastic weather ... We enjoyed our relaxing holiday very much .. We definitely would tell our friend if they want a relaxing holiday in a very clean and quite house... Not to forget the rich and plentiful breakfast..

This B&B and the hosts were absolutely amazing. They deserve 5 stars for their beautiful villa as well as their efforts to make sure you have everything that you need when staying with them. The breakfast included cold cuts, ciambelloni, tortas, nuts, breads, juices, coffee, yogurts, fruits, milk, biscotti, pastries and more. They even made eggs for my wife who is on a restricted diet. Our room was incredibly clean and cozy. None of the fixtures or furniture were worn or shabby and in the evening we could sit on our balcony and look out over the countryside. The owners Sandro and Anna were incredibly kind and informative. They love what they do and they make their guests feel like family or old friends. Sabrina, Martina and Giordano were also incredibly kind and helpful. They made our stay near Castelli Romani as beautiful and relaxing as one could hope. The area is quiet and nestled between Velletri and Genzano di Romano near many farms and villas. Taking a trip to Castelli Romani (Lago di Nemi & Lago Albano) is very quick and easy, as are trips to Aprilia, Anzio and Nettuno. This is a must stay B&B. When we are back in the region, there is no doubt that we will stay at Casale Ansamagi.

Wonderful people who care about everything you need. A very nice house and a perfect b&b if you wanna go to Rome by car. Train stations (San Gennaro or Campoleone) are really close by the way (park&ride). Would come back here any time again.

The woman was not there when i got there, no one was. I barely had cell service, it took me 45 minutes to get a text out to let them know i was there. 45 mins of waiting in the dark, in a different country, far out of my way, minimal cell service, with no where else to stay. The woman was very nice when she got there and told me she had an emergency. It was a nice place. Lots of keys to figure out. The wifi worked in the hallway but very very spotty in the room. Bed was hard. Nice people, nice breakfast

Mysigt ställe med pool och bra service.

Vi hade en jätteskön vistelse med väldigt trevligt bemötande och service. Rent och städat, mycket god frukost som anpassades till våra behov. Poolen var fantastisk i ett mycket varmt Italien. Det ända vi saknade var AC, det var svårt att sova i den värme som var under tiden vi var där.

Camera molto pulita, il signor Sandro e sua moglie ottimi gestori, gentilissimi e ben organizzati. La colazione speciale con prodotti tipici buonissimi e freschissimi. Posto molto accogliente non manca nulla ci tornerò sicuramente. lo consiglio a tutti, fuori c'è una piscina che è un gioiellino e il giardino è tenuto benissimo.

Lovely quiet place and lovely host

Nice welcome by charming host. Home and quiet environment next to vineyard. Comfortable and beautiful room with balcony and complete breakfast. Lovely garden and pool, acces to fridge and kitchen. Far from busy tourism come and enjoy this gem.

Padroni di casa molto premurosi, villa molto bella, abbiamo potuto godere della piscina grazie al tempo clemente nonostante fosse fine settembre. Piccolissima nota, la tv in camera è troppo piccola per la distanza a cui si trova dal letto, ed è troppo in alto, ma siamo in un casale, non ci stiamo certo per guardare la tv!
