"Great breakfast and comfy beds. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would stay there again if was back in the area."

"We were in room 214. That is right above the entrance. Every time the door opened and closed it sounded like thunder in our room. My husband says it needs new bearings. Was very annoying. He suggested that the manager sleep in that room. It might get fixed sooner. Also the air conditioner was very loud. Hair dryers were hanging behind the door in the bathroom. Had to ask where it was. Breakfast was not very good on Saturday but Sunday they had biscuits and gravy that were very good. Staff was very pleasant and answered our questions promptly and with a smile. Rooms were clean and comfy. Did not use the pool or fitness room so can't comment on that."

"Don’t judge this book by its cover. The room was newly built and super clean. The motel rooms are above the truck stop and liquor store. The Gallops Motel is part of a cafe/truck stop/liquor store that was built to resemble an actual castle. The rooms were huge with a large bathroom, full living area with multiple couches and our bedroom had matching king sized beds. Had a great stay for a great price."
