"If you need a bargain ok. They have made an effort to present the lobby nicely. The check in clerk was pleasant. The checkout lady couldn’t be bothered. We went out and came back to a “ situation” in the lobby area that felt unsafe. Our room… the bed was comfortable and felt clean. The floor was buckled in the entry and bathroom ( my husband is handicapped ). The toe nail clippings in the bathroom made me want to barf. Breakfast was minimal but okay. Coffee was good."

"Stayed at Hyatt place for two nights and it was clean, although a little too strong with the cleaning odors . Rooms were very spacious and comfortable . Staff was helpful Only regret the bar with light bar food was not available the 2 nights we were there . Plenty of other options nearby. Outdoor pool was nice to sit by . Area close enough to downtown Raleigh area , about a 15-20 minute drive , would consider staying again ."

"The refrigerator froze everything. This room needed some serious work. Big stain on rug and the bathroom was in shabby condition for the money we had to pay. Most Holiday Inns are immaculate. This one was not"

"Wyndham purchased this property and did a quick face lift repainting rooms and adding some updated furniture, bathroom mirror, and adding a new tub walls for the shower. Here is what was disappointing, the closer you look at the paint job you can see places where they missed, broken tile base falling off the wall in the bathroom, they also sprayed some kind of tub film on the bottom of the tub which is now pealing off, they still used the old faucets (tub & sink) which are stiff to use, and...
