The staff was very friendly and helpful. The TV in the room was small and old with poor picture quality. The rooms need some updates and the free breakfast was yogurt, toast, cereal and oatmeal.

Hyatt Place Minneapolis Downtown
Room was clean, we were actually upgraded to a suite which was a pleasant surprise. The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel atmosphere was perfect for my team that was staying there.

Absolutely best comfortable stay. Loved the convenience Starbucks coffee shop in lobby and loved walking distance to Phantom of the Opera and Brits Pub was amazing service and food
