"My second time here. Not because I had to, I like it here. My only word of advice is bring your own pool towel & you will be OK. There must have been a 100 kids in there b4 adult time. lol. we went there when the kids were gone & it was amazingly clean in there. The hot tub was hot. The top button turns it on.."

The front desk did not communicate if housekeeping would not be provided, and upon our arrival that evening, I called the front desk for assistance.
