"This was an unplanned stop but due to car trouble we needed to find a place to stay while repairs were made. This hotel is a gem. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Clean room that was very comfortable . Breakfast was hot and delicious. "

"We booked through Expedia, which was a mistake. I printed all of the reservation confirmation information which stated the arrangements for check-in after 9PM needed prior handling. However NO WHERE in the reservation confirmation was a phone number for Rainbow Courts nor for Expedia. I found a number for the motel on the internet but it ended up being a chat bot that didn’t recognize my itinerary number nor my phone number after repeating both multiple times. So frustrating. "Absolutely disgusting property. I got here around midnight exhausted from my drive and upon arrival there were multiple roaches, both dead and alive. Not to mention the room smelled odd. I refused to stay and had to leave during a storm to the next hotel I could find where I couldn’t be checked in because their power had gone down, multiple surrounding hotels power had gone down due to the storm. I had to stay in my car until 7am because of this awful property and poor maintenance. The only...

"I did not book handicap rooms, but the property said it was handicapped rooms that were booked. Not at happy with those rooms as I was with the other rooms on our last stay."

"We loved that our room was on the first floor. The outdoor patio area was wonderful! The restaurant was terrific, except that we could only dine there for lunch. Everything was within walking distance. When our TV remote was missing a battery, one was brought quickly to our room! The grounds are beautiful and great for walking! Thank you so much!"

"The rooms were very large. We did have to ask for bedding for the pull out sofa. The breakfast we very good but on the second day they ran out of food about 30 minutes before breakfast was supposed to end and did not replenish."
