Great staff, shame about 4am construction work

The reception and bar staff are great, lots of effort on their part, well appointed modern and clean hotel, one temporary draw back was the early morning tooting of horns and construction work from neighbouring development, so only a few hours sleep had, prior to an important appointment. Not the hotels fault, but a heads up to get an early night would have been good. Im sure the work will be completed soon enough.

Absolute Rubbish !!!

We arrived Friday 1300hrs and were told the Restaurant and the bar was closed for the day due to staff party ....the hotel is in middle of an industrial estate miles from anywhere exceot the motorway. Nearest walkable shops etc are an hours walk. Saturday they made the bed refreshed the towels but not tea, coffee etc Sunday we came back to the hotel for dinner and some drinks at 1800hrs to be told the Restaurant and Bar were again shut :( on getting to our rooms neither had been serviced at all ......Disgusting state of affairs, we even get rooms serviced everyday in a Premier Inn in UK and its a fraction of the price Will Not stay here again and dont advise anyone to either.

Dame namens Sofie bei check out war nicht hilfsbereit und unhöflich bei erstellung der Rechnung. Rechnung wurde auf kleinere Summe ausgestellt wie von der expedia berechnet, da angeblich bei denen im System anderer Preis stand.

De kamers zijn heel schoon. Het ontbijt is heel lekker, maar er was naar mijn idee te weinig personeel. Ik heb langer dan 30 minuten moeten wachten aan de bar totdat er iemand kwam. Mijn koffie besteld en daarna kwam de medewerker ook niet meer terug. Wederom 30 minuten gewacht, uiteindelijk gelopen naar de receptie om te vragen of ik mijn koffie daar mocht afrekenen aangezien ik enorme haast had voor een zakelijke afspraak. Ik kreeg hier heel veel stress van helaas. Verder was alles top, fijne fitnessruimte en het hotel rook fris.

Restaurant fermé. Le restaurant etait l'un des critères pour lequel j'avais choisi l'etablissement. Tout comme le parking qui etait disponible mais payant et tres cher. Hotel vieillissant,tres peux de prises dans une chalbre enorle, deco délabré, tres froid dans les chambres. J'ai demandé de augmenter la temperature et on m'a amène, tres gentiment, un petit radiateur complètement inutile. Personnel gentil et souriant mais pas efficace

Top hotel

Rustig gelegen, kamer heel proper. Vriendelijk personeel want hadden een kamer gevraagd met 2 aparte bedden en zonder probleem werd dit gewisseld. Ontbijt was heel uitgebreid, ondanks dat hotel volzet was, werd alles aan de lopende band bijgevuld.

Parfait.

Nous devions juste passez la nuit afin d'être tôt à l'hôpital pour une intervention de notre fils de 3 ans. Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par le confort et tout ce que notre chambre contenait comme ustensiles. très content de ce séjourt express. :-)

Gutes Hotel mit merkwürdigen Designsideen

Das Hotel selbst war in Ordnung, das Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Allerdings wurde unser gebuchtes Zimmer an eine andere Familie vergeben. Daraufhin bekamen wir ein Downgrade, allerdings auch zum angepassten geringeren Preis. Das Badezimmer ist aber eine komplette Fehlgestaltung. Die Dusche hat keine Abtrennung und keine Erhebung und steht im vorderen Bereich, sodass nach der Nutzung der Dusche das ganze Badezimmer unter Wasser steht und die Toilette ohne nasse Füße nicht mehr erreichbar ist. Das Waschbecken steht aus unerklärlichen Gründen mitten im Hauptzimmer. Das Frühstück ist überteuert. Das Personal ist jedoch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Not ready for business.

We waited an hour for the front desk person. To com to check us i., we called the 2424 number which was always busy and ended up by leaving because we waisted an hour and she never came. The water pressure of the shower drops randomly, the carpets are filthy and they didn’t have enough keys for two people. The breakfast was ok and the cook who helped us in vain frond the receptionist was a doll.
