"I would not recommend staying at Mazar Pyramids Hotel, especially if you are a female traveller.From the moment we checked in, we felt uncomfortable. Several members of staff, both male and female, constantly stared at us throughout our stay, making us feel unwelcome and uneasy, they would make sly comments unaware i could understand arabic. "Reception staff has some great personnel (like Raouf, Omar & Yousef), while some others like Carla could use more training in customer service and professionalism. Housekeeping staff certainly need more training and tighter supervision over their basic work duties."
