"The food service is EXTREMELY SLOW. Slow for breakfast,lunch,and dinner. The menu never changes. We ate the same thing everyday. They force you to get the buffet at breakfast because the A La Carte option took us 45 mins to get our breakfast. The beach was amazing. The pool was good. Boring hotel. No life. No music. They don't change the bed sheets in your room they just redo the bed. I won't be staying here ever again."

"The pool and surroundings were great. There is not a beach to swim so we spent lots of time traveling to the beaches. Shuttle to beach only runs certain days so you to have to pay for taxi cabs which are around $50USD each way if you visit on the off shuttle days. It's located far from tourist attractions so taxi fare is constantly needed-$50USD or more each way.
