Hotel Pantai di Rockley

"I didn’t like that the pool bar was closed and open on Friday for a limited time. I had some problems with my room and didn’t understand how housekeeping didn’t address. However, when I did they took care of the problem quickly. I found some of the staff not to be friendly. They ran out of towels for the pool quickly. "Staff was very helpful and attentive. They were also engaging and planned activities to do during the week which was great. The rooms were nice and extra kitchen amenities were a plus. The AC units in the room were a bit outdated but kept the rooms cooled. The breakfast buffet was also good and fresh, although they ran out of one item once. We had a pretty large party. "Lovely hotel. Room was very comfortable with good amenities. There were groups of sports teams from the UK there. Unfortunately when they arrived the restaurant focused more on them than the other guests resulting in long wait times to order and receive food and drink. You must treat ALL your guests appropriately. I believe the hotel was built in 2003. They can use some upgrades. The rooms have actual "keys" instead of key cards. Overall, my stay was very pleasant. I would return again."

"The property is a bit old-fashioned but has everything you need. Rooms are well-kept and spacious. The balcony gives a nice outdoor feel. The location of the hotel is convenient as it is close to several restaurants and a small mall. The staff were helpful and I had no issues during my stay."

"This is one of my favorite repeat hotels. The staff is wonderful and friendly. The location can't be beat. Everything in walking distance. Restaurants, clubs, supermarkets, the Boardwalk and best of all the hotel is on the beach! Free parking is always available also. Recently updated so everything is so fresh. The balcony is the perfect spot to watch the sea and waves as you eat your breakfast or watch a sunset."
