Chemicals they used to cleaned the room was stinky when I entered the room. Everything old. Sheet cover with holes. The smell made me throw up every time I ate.

Absolutely horrible
D.room was by the door all I heard was people going in and out all night long, refrigerator leaks all over the floor and when I told front desk they didn't even offer a discount or a free night ridiculous

The room was marked as no smoking yet it smelled like somebody had smoked in there a long time ago. There was no drain cover for the bathtub drain so no way to take a bath. Personal preference the beds are very firm and very uncomfortable. On the good side the check-in and check out was very good because the people are very friendly.

Staff at the desk were friendly but honestly this was the worst hotel experience I’ve had ever. We were so exhausted we didn’t pay too close attention to things at first but kept noticing more and more. I’m glad it was only one night, we couldn’t have stayed in that place for a second. The room should have been blocked off as unrentable. There were drywall patches that needed painting, broken outlet covers, the toilet set was so lose it was ready to fall off, the countertop had toenail clippings on it sitting right next to the sink, the tub had so much dust in it that it looked like someone emptied their dust pan in it after sweeping and left it. The ONLY thing that was clean and made was the beds!!! On top of all that, the walls did NOTHING to block out sound so the hallway and the room next to us could be heard quite clearly and they were long term tenants that apparently didn’t sleep people were coming and going all night (ALL NIGHT from 10 pm to 6 am) the loud talking never stopped. We even had some tweeker knocking on our door at 1:24 am and when I answered he apologized and said wrong door. The hallway smelled VERY strongly of pot and this is supposed to be a non smoking hotel. When I booked the reviews looked great but don’t trust them! I know you get what you pay for and this was a cheap place to book but I couldn’t believe a place could be THAT bad. The ‘good’ reviews have to be from the owner, no one would give this crap hole a good review!

Not so Great
Dead bugs on the floor. No alarm clock in the room, no fridge either. Bed was mildly uncomfortable, and the bathtub had a gaping hole in it. No garbage can.

The ceiling paint in the bathroom was peeling off, the mattress was concrete hard; no USB connections anywhere in the room. We got exactly what we paid for, a CHEAP room.

Horrible.
They first gave us a room completely dirty with the bed not made, pizza boxes all over. Then they proceed to give us another room dirty as well with dead bugs on the floor and the manager refused to see us to talk.

We stayed at this hotel for about a week and within the first few days we found roaches. We notified the front desk and they came to the room to see for themselves. Told us they don't have an infestation but would come back and spray. They never showed up so we did not extend or stay like we planned. Roughly 3 weeks later we gave it another shot and the bugs were 10× worse instead of only seeing a couple we saw over 20 within the 1st 2 days. After we notified the front desk they had an employee come verify and she said yes she saw them too so we asked what they were going to do and they told me there was nothing they could do until the morning that I need to stay in that room still. No discount offered, no no room offered nothing. Until I started recording the guy and said to repeat what he said for me so I can get it on recording. After that they gave me a new room and we checked out the next morning.

First room I got, sliding door was wide open, lights didn’t work, trash in bin, filthy towels on floor. Sketchy place but for the price I paid I guess that’s what I got.
