"They ran out of breakfast the morning I came down. Waited for more food, but it never came. Other guests kept asking, but all the lady came out with was a little bowl of eggs. The AC doesn’t work outside of the rooms, and the ones in the room sound like a Boeing 747 starting their engines. Hotter what heck in the hallways. The shower was absolutely filthy, along with the air vents. The bed was terrible. Wife and I kept rolling into each other, because the center of the mattress had caved in....

"Room was quite clean and well equipped. The bathroom plumbing was a little wonky- the toilet kept running and the shower would randomly drip water but those are very minor inconveniences. The bed was quite comfy but the couch pull out bed was the standard coils with a thin covering. Not even comfy for a 7 year old. Kitchen amenities were fantastic. Would definitely stay again."

"This was our third time staying at this particular hotel. Overall, we generally enjoy our stays while visiting Louisville. The staff is awesome, Karen at the front desk is absolutely fantastic. I had the pleasure of conversing with her during my last two trips. Good breakfast, plenty of seating and relatively close to plenty of food and shopping options.
However, this visitor our room was not clean and despite bringing it to the attention of the front desk twice, it still was not cleaned prior...
