"Breakfast was not great. There was very little and staff did not refill and when asked acted annoyed. There was no utensils the one morning we were there. They ran out of eggs before we got down (8am) and did not refill. There was one apple and did not refill. It was disappointing. Additionally we were there from Thursday to Sunday asked for more soaps and they were out of stock as well"

"Room was quite clean and well equipped. The bathroom plumbing was a little wonky- the toilet kept running and the shower would randomly drip water but those are very minor inconveniences. The bed was quite comfy but the couch pull out bed was the standard coils with a thin covering. Not even comfy for a 7 year old. Kitchen amenities were fantastic. Would definitely stay again."

"This was our third time staying at this particular hotel. Overall, we generally enjoy our stays while visiting Louisville. The staff is awesome, Karen at the front desk is absolutely fantastic. I had the pleasure of conversing with her during my last two trips. Good breakfast, plenty of seating and relatively close to plenty of food and shopping options.
However, this visitor our room was not clean and despite bringing it to the attention of the front desk twice, it still was not cleaned prior...
