"Absolutely loved our stay. Our room was decent size and clean. The room needed some touch ups with paint and lock being broken on door. Service was Absolutely wonderful here. Our favorite part was the pool. So clean and Isabella and Brian took such good care of us, they were friendly and attentive. Our check in and check out was seamless. We will 100% be back to do a longer stay as this is my new favorite hotel in NY. "

"We were in NY a couple of days to visit my daughter. Each time I approached the desk staff for anything, they just couldn’t care enough to actually address the problem. We were woken up by LOUD drilling. The answer? “I’ll pass on your concern to the manager”. Need a key, extend your stay, get water for the room, anything was really just more than they wanted to deal with (Bell guys were amazing). "The Pierre is one of the best hotels in New York City! The location is beautiful and convenient. Their staff offers excellence in patron relations. The interior is beautiful and very clean. The rooms are spacious, clean, and offer nice decor. I heard men outside shouting and, within a few minutes, stopped. The stay was safe and quiet."

"This is the most luxurious hotel I have ever seen. It was designed by John Jacob Astor who unfortunately was lost in the Titanic disaster. But thankfully his beautiful hotel keeps his legacy alive. The architecture is absolutely jaw dropping. You will feel like you went back in time because the decor and amenities look like they are brand new even though they are intricately ornate Edwardian designs. This hotel looks like it's from a fairy tale both inside and out.Astor thought of everything....
