"This was our third stay at the hotel and it was fantastic thank you. The staff were super helpful and kindly sent more pillows to my room when requested, even beating us back to the room whilst we went for food so it was nice not to worry. The only improvement would be the breakfast and dinner package because we were unaware that it was a fixed separate menu rather than the main one. Maybe this is mentioned somewhere but it was something Iβm sure I checked and I had got excited for fish and chips, only for this to not be on the fixed menu. Only a minor thing of course and maybe my stomach talking but we would have known to avoid the dinner package had I have seen this."

"We stayed for two nights. One night was pre wedding day - we were offered an upgrade prior to our booking. All staff were really helpful and accommodating to our little girl. We had a large party for dinner and staff made this easy by sorting out an area for us to all sit by."

"Lovely privilege room. Aircon broken on floor 4 so no alternative rooms of same grade downgraded to standard room at our choice. Still a decent room but definitely worth paying the extra. Leisure facilities free to guests so another plus. Breakfast busy and maybe one or two extra staff would have helped a better flow but good choice and plenty of it. If younpay on sport ots 18 pds so again consider bb option rather than room only. Overall worth the money and apart from the aircon breakdown which was solved we were very happy"

"Room was great, beds very comfy with 2 pillows that where big and plump unlike some hotels that give you 1 pillow about as thick as a rizler paper and everything was spotlessly clean. The bathroom had a walk-in shower which I personally prefer over climbing into a bath and a shelf to put all the toiletries. The room also came with a large fan that worked exceptionally well in cooling the room and in this very hot weather was a godsend. All in all a very pleasant trip and I would stay here again."

"Lovely clean spacious room, staff were lovely. Plenty of room on carpark. Only downside is the breakfast was a bit pricey so we didn't choose to have breakfast there. Also room didn't get serviced in our three days stay. But would definatley stay there again."
