Hotel Dekat Rock & Brews - Royal Oak

"Excellent stay"

"Everything was great. I don’t really see the purpose of paying for parking though. Good stay overall"

"All of the above"

"Clean room. Clean facility. Staff were amazing and responsive. Variety of breakfast options including hot foods. Well worth it!"

"We had several family members staying at this property while attending an out-of-state wedding. All were extremely pleased with the decor and cleanliness of the hotel, the included breakfast and super helpful staff. A very good experience and value!"

"Had the room immediately next to the lobby and front desk. Was charged again for room after pre-paying, still see pending on my card despite checking with the desk and filling out a feedback form after visit. Front desk staff were loudly working between 3:30am-6am so we couldn’t sleep at all. Cracks in the ceiling, shades in room didn’t work. Very dated room. Bed was clean and fine. Breakfast was then oddly one of the best we’ve had at a hotel. Just a very, very odd stay."

"From check in until check out it was great. Clean, comfortable beds, nice size rooms. Bartender Goman is the the best! I will stay at Hilton in Troy again."

"Everyone was helpful. Breakfast was very nice."

"This hotel will definitely fool you! The lobby/front desk area is clean and presentable. The actual hall corridors, elevators and rooms are filthy! One of the elevators did not work causing me to walk up 3 flights of stairs. The hallway wreaks of an old mold smell. The room itself was dirty and had gnats flying around in the bathroom. I would not stay here ever again."

"The Zalmans restaurant is fabulous. All staff that I met were great especially Bilal or "Bill". He fixed as best he could some bad stuff in the bathroom. He should run the place as his attention to detail is excellent. We talked about what I do with hotels and his knowledge. He asked if I would do an operational audit of the place. I said probably depending on my time. I'm coming back on Sunday night for a few days so maybe then. It's normally $25,000 but Bill was so good and convincing I'm...

"Excellent stay overnight. Clean & quiet. Great breakfast with plenty of seating. Ice machine down the hall, mini fridge in the room. Easy access by uber to go to the nearby art district so we can keep our car safely parked in free parking lot. Bedding was very comfortable. Shower with good water pressure and included toiletries in pump bottles"
