Stayed 4/11 - 4/15/24 They didn’t disclose that this in property had tenants living there! I was in 329 with my family and the person next to us had a dog barking at night for the duration of our stay. There was also a dog across the hall barking with the other dog. When I called to complain, the attendant told me they are tenants. Like “ it is what it is”. The window wouldn’t close all the way so we had to keep the heat at 81. The refrigerator has rusting doors. There was a couple fighting for two nights straight. The carpet in hall and room smelled musty and mold! The place looks nice on the outside. It should be gutted, painted, new carpet, and appliances.Shady people hanging around. I wish I could have a full refund.Oh and the sheriff came to evict someone who became combative, thus arrested in the lobby.

Clean and quiet area just off the main drag. My only knock is the dated carpet and the marred furnishings in the room, but it appears that they are gradually refurbishing rooms and going to laminate.

As this is the only terrible hotel experience of my life, where do I begin? Well, I'll start by saying that the hotel could be for the homeless and should be free for them. The smell of cigarettes, the complete lack of cleanliness with blankets that I wouldn't even find in used items for sale, a breakfast I wouldn't even give to my dog, and the lack of politeness, especially with the receptionist lady Nelida. I will tell her that we came to visit the USA, not to fight and argue, not polite at all. So, if you see my face, then I deserve to be penalized.

This property was so dirty and disgusting I could hardly stand it. First I waited 15 minutes for the front desk person to show, which normally would be no big deal, but I needed to get to bed for my 4am shift. Then I got to my room the refrigerator was rusted the counters had circular sticky spots as if they had not been wiped and it smelled like smoke. Bulldoze it and start over again.

The room stunk. We tried opening the windows but they were both broken. Bed sheets had a stain and so did the duvet. Chair was broken. Small hairs in tub. Smoke detector wires exposed. On the positive, no bugs. Avoid this place.

Hotel had a weird smell. Some of the furniture is pretty worn. Bed was hard with stiff, scratchy sheets. There was no oven with 2 electric burners, a decent size refrigerator, an ancient microwave, sink, cabinets and countertops. No coffee maker/no dishes. The coffee at breakfast tasted kinda moldy. (After a couple sips, I tossed it out) I don’t mind the “grab n go” concept, but you have to make sure you go early enough or all of the muffins and oatmeal (things to eat) are gone. I wish they had had a fruit grab and go option? (Banana, apple or orange) Maybe they did, and we just never got to it in time both day? I don’t know. The woman who checked us in and out was very friendly. We only really had an encounter with one other staff member and he gave off a vibe like he was either having a bad day or grumpy. The room and bathroom were both clean, other than a small spot a saw on the rug. To be fair, it was by the kitchen, so someone must have dropped something there. I LOVED seeing all of the dogs that people had there! Very very pet friendly! The location is great. It’s right next to 390 and there is a grocery, dollar store, several places to eat, and within 10min there is a planet fitness, Walmart, BJ’s and more. Overall, it really wasn’t that bad. It was just okay. I guess it really depends on how much time you plan on spending at the hotel. I wish it had been a tad cheaper, given the cons. But it was alright. Better than spending a ton of money at an expensive hotel.

If i could give 0 stars I would; 1st room tv didn’t work and water running in the tub wouldn't turn off room was run down. 2nd room was worse found sperm on the bed skirt I had to go to front desk to get gloves and clean linen because housekeeping staff was off duty shower and bathroom sink stopped up with long blk hair I had to get my own cleaner floor was dirty food and animal droppings in drawers no cooking or serving utensils on Saturday no frontdesk staff computer locked us out room we almost missed the comedy show Hotel is being used to house displaced welfare clients police showed up for mother fighting her son definitely not a girlfriend getaway pictures online are at least 5 years old

I was too tired to go somewhere else, otherwise I would have never checked in. The room they gave me I refused to go in. They gave me another room that I excepted. This place is dirty inside and outside. Litter through out the building. Out side litter and dog poop everywhere. Disgusting. The building smelled as soon as you entered to check in. Many other issue. The one good thing I can say, I only was there ONE DAY. NEVER AGAIN

1. Receptionist upon check-in did not display the "welcome; we are glad to have you as our guest" persona. 2. The grab-and-go breakfast was abysmal. Sunday at 9 am, there wasn't anything (receptionist told me they had run out of everything, and admitted that many guests were upset); Monday at 7:30 am, there was only coffee. A family of four stared at the coffee and asked me where the breakfast was. I told them that they probably ran out again. Very sad! 3. My bathroom towel rack and toilet paper holder were both broken. The shower was excellent, but there was no free shampoo available. *I don't plan to stay at this property during my next visit to Rochester.

I was so tired the 1st night I washed my face and hands and went right to sleep. When I woke up the next morning I looked around with disgust! I didn’t sleep there the 2nd night. I went somewhere else.
