The property was excellent and clean. Breakfast was great. They had free coffee and tea all day. Walmart across the street and other stores. KFC next door. Me, hubby and the kids had an excellent experience room had fridge and microwave. I would definitely recommend and go again.

The only issue I had was that maid service was not informed about my late check outs (twice) and were knocking on my door early.

First room, the beds were not made, bathroom’s tub was dirty and curtain was only hanging by one ring. Then, when we called about it, they said it’s Expedia’s problem. When they offered a second room, it too, was not cleaned, this time the garbage bins were on the counters and the liners were not even in them.. in short, the rooms were not made and was unacceptable. It was a hassle with poor customer service. I will never choose this property or branch ever again.

Obviously it’s a cheaper stay, but our room was very musky and the bathroom toilet wasn’t working correctly, it ran constantly and had condensation all around the bowl. We would’ve left if it wasn’t non refundable and purchased through Expedia.

The front desk clerk was pretty rude upon check in. Between our two prepaid rooms, they charged/held a total of $500 for "incidentals" and $100 of that has still not been credited to my card. The hallways were dirty and musty and the elevator would not stop on the second floor. There was family with young children in the pool with an open liquor container on the edge of the pool. In my daughter's room's closet, there was a clear plastic bag containing dirty men's underwear and other clothing. There are far too many reasonably priced hotels for travelers to have to deal with this. Overall a gross and poorly restful experience.

The room was not clean. It was clear, there was broken plastic pieces all over the floor as if it was not vacuumed. There was hair on the bathroom floor and “short and curlies” in the tub. I had no large towels. I laid down to sleep and couldn’t figure out why it was so loud, the window was open. All of these are tell tale signs the room was not cleaned. I asked for a refund, or partial, because that was just gross. I was denied.

I asked for room service and I never had it. I asked The front desk why I didn’t received my room service and he gave me a really bad answer. Their answer was” the cleaning service didn't have time to do my room service”. We didn’t have toilet paper for the last day staying there. Really disappointed with the service. The worst part is that we spent a lot of money to be threatened as we weren’t paying for the hotel.

There was limited food at breakfast, employees were smoking pot in the public bathroom downstairs, smear marks on dresser and table tops in the room where it had been cleaned. No extra TP, bottle of shampoo in shower was crushed and empty, no conditioner. Outside screens were messy looking. Employees were friendly but very casual (night manager had hoodie on). Convenient location near main blvd with restaurants. Quick drive to RIT

This place is dirty. We had issues with the tv and the young man at the desk handed me a telephone number to call said he only checked in customers and knew nothing about the hotel at all. Run down and disgusting place

Entire staff was extremely cordial, down to locating extra coffee for my room. The one inconvenience was having to move the heavy desk forward in order to plug the coffee pot into the wall socket. I've stayed with Comfort many times and haven't run into this before. I knew there was no problem with the coffee pot because the last used pod was still in it!

Lots of dust that has compounded over time on the sofa bed sides and back- really awful for kids - had to have the kid jump in with us. -Empty shampoo and lotion dispensers -extra pillows kept in the drawers that were dirty with dust/dirt particles and hair stands -breakfast was great however there was no milk -the desk attendant was very helpful and pleasant

The room was very nice and clean.. it was very spacious as well.. Some of the charging ports didnt work.. they also didnt come to clean the room when we asked.. we had to leave a day early and they gave use a refund no issues..

The entire property smelled like smoke or weed depending on the floor. The gentleman that checked us out was delightful, he smiled, was friendly, and great. Breakfast was good (thank you), the beds & bathrooms were clean, but the smell was pretty strong.
