"Conveniently located close to the centre and the parking (if driving). Our room had also a kitchen. Very clean and comfortable. Only cons is that there is no elevator (our room was at second floor). It was not a problem for us but very important for people with walking difficulties. Highly recommended. "

"Hotel is right in the center of Gimignano. The staff were nice and able to check in early at 12:30pm. The room is large, clean, and quiet. The shower flow is very good but the tub is leaking a lot. Nearest parking lot is 600 meters away in P2 - parking lot is open and cost 15 euros per day. No in and out privilege. I would love to come back and stay here again."

"Beautiful and well run Agritourism location. With stunning views, excellent location for exploring and warm hosts Tenuta Guardastelle is a perfect choice for exploring Tuscany. We spent six nights in a beautifully appointed traditional apartment enjoying meals and a glass of wine while we soaked in the Tuscan countryside. San Gimigmano is busy with tourist buses during the day but calms at night. Get off the main streets during the day and find small excellent cafes. If you have a car explore...

"No Heat, No Host Communication and Awkward. We got lucky with check in that the daughter answered the door and let us in. We never saw the host. I thought this was more of a hotel or bed and breakfast than a room in someone's house as it was. We ordered a double room and it was three rooms on the third floor of the property (One being the daughter of the hosts room) and two rooms that we did stay in and a shared bathroom. The daughter did not share the bathroom but it was clear it was hers...

"Must stay this hotel when you go to San Gimignano. Owner family is very friendly, owns vineyard, olive yard, and produces wine, olive oil and honey which we enjoyed a lot with reasonable prices. Special thanks to owner's father who picked us up at San Gimignano and brought us back there with special treatment! "
