"Very clean and quiet "

"The entire hotel smells strongly of smoke, and it’s misleading for them to label any room as non‑smoking. The shower has mold on the ceiling, the ceiling itself is deteriorating, and the bathroom floor trim is coming loose. The staff working the tables were rude, and they repeatedly gave different excuses for why they couldn’t open tables. If you’re lucky enough to find an open table, they may close it even while you’re still playing. Several dealers seemed untrained—one even took all my money...
