The location is a bit grotty—but then, this is Nanaimo!—but the property was clean, the staff lovely and the rooms simple but clean. "Room was quite large from what we were expecting, it was very clean. Location was great if you’re coming off the ferry from tsawwassen. The staff were super friendly and nice & gave many recommendations around the area for places to see and things to do/eat. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub facilities. The breakfast was a let down but what you’d expect. Wifi was iffy but no big deal. I would stay again if i’m in the area"
