"The 100 year old charm really shines in the property and I feel it is very well maintained. The lobby is beautiful and the staff were all friendly. Valet parking was a breeze, but we did show up in the morning and it was much more hectic around normal check in time before a concert at CFG. It couldn't be easier to walk across the street to the CFG arena and I thought they did a good job opening the service elevator to help with the lines after the show let out. While the shower lighting was a little dim and dated based on the era, they were functional and prettg clean. The food in the cafe was excellent, though expensive in my opinion. I would definitely stay again and we did not experience anything spooky or haunted. "
"Room is clean, hotel is close to good restaurants, parking is accessible which is the most convenient for my family. Breakfast was good as well and the staff at the front desk and at breakfast were very helpful and friendly. "
