Nice, clean, friendly staff good location and good price etc Only issue was the fridge door was glass and it had a light that stayed on all night. Also the AC controls were not the easiest to work with.

This is a below standard hotel for the rate paid. Need to remember not to stay at an Accor property again. They are not welcoming and the condition of their property matches that.

This hotel is clean with comfortable beds. Staff were helpful. Location is good. Only downside is there is construction going on next door, often late into the night. However, not sure there's much the hotel can do about that.

Overall it was OK. So much noise due to some civil work taking place near the facility. I needed to tell the reception every time I needed housekeeping. I also forgot to take an invoice for my stay and I have been trying to contact them for the last couple of days on their email and landlines without luck

This is an ideally located hotel to explore Riyadh. Although it’s a little dated, it is very clean with some of the most amazing staff! OKIEL from Housekeeping was exemplary and helped make my stay even better at the hotel with his kind and thoughtful manner - OKIEL is a truly outstanding staff member of this hotel! On Reception was the wonderful RABAB whose dedication to her role goes above and beyond anything expected (thank you) together with her amazing colleague SULIMAN who is on hand with the biggest smile and friendliest personality to make sure all guests are happy and supported. Overall, a perfect hotel with the best staff!

Not up to the mark
Checkin was disappointingly slow. Reach the hotel at 12.30 am and all you hope is to have a quick check in. The guy at the reception had other things to do. He was looking after a courier guy, returning a lost and found purse, while there were 3 of waiting to check in and he didnt even request us to hold on. There is construction happening next door, so drilling sound will start around 7.30 am. Kindly note. No toileteries or coffee/ tea bags were replenished though I was staying 4 nights. I unfortunately got a room in first floor, so there was no view or sunlight from the window. The bathroom drain was not clogged but the water will not drain fast enough when you use the shower,So much for the negatives. The internet was good, restaurant service was good, Room and bed were clean and comfortable. The location was good as there are many good spots for food and a mall is just across the road.

Excellent value for money
The hotel is very nice, staff are friendly and helping. The negative is that the hotel door is on the back street, so you have to walk some 300 m to go to the main street (which is considerable in hot weather). Excellent parking space and very good rooms. It is in Olaya street which is a quite nice shopping area. Very nice rooms. We do enjoyed our short stay.

Good hotel with less comfort at this stage
Hotel is basic but fine in general. Clean and good location. The only major reason that effects the comfort of stay is the construction site that is just next to the hotel which is a site that works on 24 hours basis and uses hummer and loud equipment starting at 7 am. it was extremely hard to handle it.

I have stayed at IBIS in many countries. The hotel is well maintained. Eating three meals, is enjoyable. Food is great, service is excellent. I like the fact there is a big desktop PC at the lobby, I can use it for internet.

Strong cigarette smell in a non-smoking room.
It's supposed that I chose a non-smoking room, but the entire hall smelled really bad, I needed air freshener before using the room, but other than the smell, it was clean. Rooms are small, I traveled with two big bags and the space is reduced.

Too noisy, doors banging all night, hotel staff making LOTS of noise as they walked past my room all night doing various jobs and then laughed when I asked them to be quiet. Overall, disappointing and would not stay again.
