I booked the hotel and pre-paid the hotel through Hotels.com. My flight arrived in RUH at around 20.00 so I was at the hotel at around 21.15.
When I tried to check-in, they informed me, since I did not check-in until 18.00 they gave my room to someone else and the hotel is now fully booked.
When I asked them to use their WIFI and for support to find another hotel, they called the Security and asked me to leave the hotel immediately. There was no support provided.
