No easy transport to airport… one restaurant had limited menu, and it was not what it said it was. The staff had limited knowledge. No windows in room!

No 4 star experience - would not come back
First night with room right next to elevator; impossible to sleep with the noise levels. Second night at new room, slightly better but loud AC. Breakfast service literally not existent. One morning there was no coffee as the ‘coffee machine was temporarily at the coffee shop’. Staff was not trying to find alternative solutions. Room was not made when returning at 7pm. Everything appears unorganized and chaotic. Feels like a 2 star hotel at best. Frankly unimpressed!

Nice comfortable hotel. As a westerner I enjoy this hotel because it’s quiet and away from the noisy city. The staff is very friendly and give you privacy. Rooms are small but very clean and cute.

The non smoking room without window
The rooms were without window. Also, I had to check out and travel early. Hotels.com (as always) were very professional. They understood the case and tried to contact the hotel. After many tries, the hotel reservation office did not consider that and refused to check out. They didn't want to refund me. Beside the reservation, all hotel staff (reception, restaurant, room service) were great! but unfortunately, the hotel manager and the reservation office didn't consider my case, even if I talked to them personally :(

Worthy of its stars
A clean hotel, worthy of its stars. The service was very good - everyone went out of the way to provide what was needed. In a good location (or as good as you can get in Riyadh).

The hotel was excellent although not in the centre so good for regional family visits. The facilities are excellent and very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would say they towels have to be requested daily due to their eco-friendly nature. The same is true of the room so you must keep the room tidy.

Great hotel
The hotel is amazing and located close to the business gate. The rooms are clean and look new. The staff are friendly. I have visited the hotel several times and it seems that all rooms do not have hot water in the toilet or shower.

The room was literally small compared to others
Too small, cannot take a shower The cold water was extremely hot due to summer season. You only get one capsule for Nespresso coffee machine and 2nd one for your partner needs to be purchased, which is not common in hotels sector.

New, clean and just great.
The hotel is newly opened, everything is new, very clean, and great design. There was only 2 downsides to this hotel from my point of view, the hotel staff are very friendly but inexperienced which will be fixed with time, but the location is not that good as nothing is at a walking distance and you need a car for anything. And it was a little bit expensive but very clean and really comfortable and quite with great aminities.

Better value somewhere else. A few Out of order
New hotel. But many things need attention. 1- drinking water in the room only when you first arrive. 2- spa: only the steam room is working. Water jacuzzi, sauna, not working. Pictures are nice but useless. 3- lack of coordination between reception, house keeping and F&B. 4- Parking was full because of a wedding. But what about parking for hotel guests?? 5- I asked for drinking water 4 times via calling reception, restaurant, housekeeping. Checked out and no water. Very bad! 5- breakfast: good variety but attention to safety and healthy standards needs immediate review for items that needs cold temperature. 6-bathroom shower water pressure is terrible. 7- I chose this hotel because it’s new and relatively nearby my project/office and for the gym/spa but disappointed with gym and spa and above things. Rooms are small and I think better value somewhere else.
