Would request to skip the HOTEL
Surprised that Hotels.com has very high rating on this Hotel. I had booked the highest premium room in this hotel. It is very very Shady experience on arrival They gave me a room which they told is the Honeymoon Suite I had booked and when I entered the hotel, it was very stingy They did not have towels in the room and when I screamed they got me totally soiled towels There is no water to drink, there is no coffee or tea available to drink The Airconditoners were set at 32 and the room was fuming hot when I questioned they got remote to reduce the temperature and take the remote away Irony they do not do daily cleaning or replinshing the towels and bedsheets Horrible experience and Hotels.com duped me in booking this hotel with the high ratings

Very poor maintenance. Dirty room. No towels. Noisy. Water heater will make loud beeping sounds thru the night. No food. Bed is good, but everything else is terrible.

He is a very bad guest and left the hotel and did not pay the receptionist. He paid for his taxi because he had no money. The money was not given to the employee when he left

Good overall service and staff
WiFi was a bit erratic, but they fixed it by next day. Only thing is water pressure in shower; if they can improve the showers to have good water pressure, then I will always stay there - the service overall is excellent, and they really tried to help on some issues. Please have a good shower ready for next time,..then I can stay longer.

Only thing good was breakfast was included. Apart from that the room was very disappointing. Very old furniture, torn, broken, stained and a tiny bathroom. With a small sink outside the bathroom ( inside the room).

Very bad hotel. Can’t get one star even. Photos in hotel.com are misleading. I blame hotel.com for posting this hotel.

Some guests book a budget room of 170 SR, including breakfast, and you want this value to stay in Narcissus Hotel or the Ritz-Carlton. Our guest reviews are the best response best & regards

LIARS & Worst hotel ever!
One of the worst hotels ever. My reservation was confirmed. They called to make sure that I'll come. I said I will. 2 hours later, they cancelled my booking. When I called, they lied said the person who did this is on a vacation. VERY unprofessional. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!

It's a low budget hotel, suitable for a business traveller, and located in the centre of Riyadh. Old property with no frills but reasonably clean. The breakfast is adequate.

Starting at the lobby, receptionist had no idea who am I or what hotels.com is, checking in took too long and felt very bad. Room smells, AC has no heat, so-called kitchenette is completely useless and gross. Internet is okay, but in no way makes up for the disaster this hotel is.

For what you pay it is OK. I got a double-room suite with kitchenette for SAR 300 per night including breakfast through Expedia. Great location opposite Kingdom Tower on Olaya Street, Central Riyadh. Rooms are clean, internet is very good, TV OK. Get a room at the back of the hotel as the street facing rooms are too traffic-noisy. The rooms are serviced upon your request. No daily servicing. Bring you own toiletries, shampoo, body wash, face cloths, drinking water, etc. The staff are polite and friendly but very little English. The breakfast is not great but it's included in the price. Eat out at night on Thalia Street about 20 minutes walk down Olaya Street. For what you pay, it's probably a 7 out of 10. MICHAEL

I fully enjoyed breakfast and staying there! One sad thing is that they said they had no hair dryer though this hotel stated "Hair dryer (on request)" available on Expedia.

مكان جيد ورخيص
الفندق عبارة عن شقق نظيفة وجيدة، الإفطار مناسب للمبلغ المدفوع، ولكنه مكرر تقريبا، أشكر البنت في الاستقبال ( هبة) فتاة رائعة وخدومة ومتحمسة للعمل، تحرص على الضيوف وعلى المنشأة، تقوم بكل ما تستطيعه لتجعل إقامتك مريحة ورائعة. أعتبرها مكسب للمنشأة. ملاحظة /هناك من يدخن في المنشأة ومع ذلك لم يقم موظف الاستقبال الأخ عبدالله بأي شيء حيال ذلك. شكرا هبة
