"Room seemed ignored. Mold on shower area, spider webs in corners, no info in room on how to do anything (door dash, checkout, pool hours). Tv was jumping in and out of channels. Air conditioner unit made constant mechanical sounds, even when not on. Food particles and wrappers in bed area. Ew! Only positive is the bath liquid soap smelled good. One queen bed next to elevator with shower only cost $170. I expected a lot more for that price. No, I would not stay here again."

"I've stayed at days in before, and received great customer service. The staff was not helpful at all. I had several rooms because we were there foe a graduation. They had cheaper rates the day of and would not honor there current rate. The hotel rooms looked as if they were all under construction. Two of the rooms had broke. Faucets. The tub was filthy. Stains were on the sheets in two of the rooms. I will never stay at this location again."

"Won’t clean rooms unless specifically asked. Stayed 4 days, asked twice to have the room cleaned - they brought towels and took the trash out- that’s it. Staff didn’t seem to care if they were helpful or not. About half the time they were standing outside smoking"

"Overall, the property was fine. Room was clean; staff was friendly; location was right off the highway (convenient); and the area was safe. My only criticism was that the A/C in the lobby either wasn't on or wasn't working, so it was quite warm. Fortunately, the A/C in my room was just fine. I would stay again if I needed a place to stay in that area."

"I loved the cleanliness of hotel and the many things we had access to, our studio room had a refrigerator and also a sofa bed that was very convenient we also had green apples available if needed and hot tea and coffee if needed to relax/kick back. Our staff was wonderful. The breakfast was so fresh and tasty."

"They canceled our stay without stating the reason. In the message they told they refunded our money. They never did Eventually after 2 weeks we got our refund from Expedia after several attempts to reach the hotel. It was the graduation week and our booking that we booked 3 months before cost us $90. Immediately after cancellation their relisted our room for $260. Total scammers. Their phone number they list is a cell phone number that goes straight to a voicemail. Avoid."
