"The good, desk staff was great. Very helpful checking in. The bad, first off we were in an accessible room. The bed is the worst in my travels. I had to take apart the very basic bed frame 3 times and cut my finger on the sharp frame. The bed sits very low, good for wheel chair folks and those that cant get on taller beds. But the box platforms that are barely resting on the frame fell through as you sat or tried to lay down on it. So I fell through to the floor which was a very jarring and scary experience. Any person with mobility issues would have been stuck and probably in pain. After trying to adjust the frame, daily, I had to rig it just so the bed would not fall apart. Cheap and unsafe for those like my mother in law who was affected by polio is not the way to be. Very disappointed in the safety factor of the beds for people with handicaps. Be very aware that this is NOT A HOTEL! I was aware of that. You do not have maid service or breakfast bar etc. It is a very sparce studio apartment. Water pressure is almost non existent as well. If you need a handicap accessible room I dont feel it is safe as far as the bed is concerned. We travel quite a bit with long stays at times. The full size fridge, microwave and counter stove with dishwasher is good. The bed, unsafe In accessible rooms. Any questions, feel free if this app allows it."
