"The property is under renovation but the suites are comfortable and lovely. There are enough kitchen supplies to make food but paper towels, salt and pepper and dishwasher soap would have been helpful. The suites were in a great location for downtown activities. 5 The building is close to a grocery store and liquor store and many restaurants. I opted for underground parking (additional charge and is actually tight but safe) and was glad I had when I met someone who had their car broken into...

"We move to this hotel from another one and it exceeded all our expectations. Staff were very friendly. Location was very clean. Really enjoyed the adult only pool time after 11pm. Definitely would stay here again."

"If you aren't a member and don't care to be, you will be shocked at the peripheral charges. Even as a member there are fees for wifi and parking on top of the expensive rate. Initially I thought being attached to the airport would be worth it. It wasn't. Giving the hotel an "okay" rating is generous and only because the staff are not involved in these pretentious and arrogant policy decisions."

"The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. Property was clean with the exception of the elevator floors. Staff were nice. We ate dinner there and while the roast beef sandwich was tasty, it was basically a lettuce and tomato sandwich. Location was very close to the West Edmonton Mall."
