"Everything was great except booking through a third party. There was not any advantage booking through Expedia and it resulted in no credit for nights stayed. It also added complexity to the check-in process. I Will stay here again but book directly with the hotel next time. "

"2 things.... 1) beds and bedding are not accommodating for tall people. My man was extremely uncomfortable, didnt fit on the bed, and the blankets didnt cover him. 2) they charged me more than what was promised paying on Expedia. That was unfair just based on principle. Its also not indicated on Expedia that a debit mastercard cant be used and my damage deposit because of this was 400.00 seems pretty excessive, but if someone went there,they may not have 400.00 on hand and that is really unfair...

"Hotel is overall In Good condition, however our room was located right outside the service elevator and was quite noisy. Also temperature regulation in the room was difficult. Minor issues that wouldn’t effect choosing to stay again "

"The walls are incredibly thin—you can hear everything from neighboring rooms, including conversations, TV noise, and even people walking around or using the bathroom. It made for a very uncomfortable stay. The hotel is currently under renovations, which wasn’t clearly communicated. When we arrived, nothing in our room was plugged in—lights, fridge, microwave, etc.—so we had to set everything up ourselves. "Great stay! Big clean room! Cost was on point. Very family orientated! Pool was big and clean with kids toys and towels readily available. Also love that the pool/hot tub is adult only from 10pm to midnight. The included breakfast was very good for selection and the food was good. I always love the 'make your own waffle' station! "Check in was fast and easy. The complimentary underground parking was nice to have. The room was clean and spacious with ample plug-ins for charging devices. Extra touches like Dove shampoo, body wash and lotion were provided in the washroom along with ‘vanity packs’ with cotton swabs and nail file were appreciated."

"The location and surrounding amenities are perfect. Lots of places to eat and coffee shops. It’s just over 8 kms to Roger’s as well. The rooms require a major update and overall are in poor condition. They were however relatively clean and acceptable as far as that is concerned. Due to this I feel it is overpriced. "

"Hotel needs a deep clean and facelift! Our room was dirty when we checked in, black hair all over the bathroom floor, tons of dust and dirt on the floors. The beds were old and uncomfortable, with only a thin blanket. Even the toilet paper was awful. The restaurant however was good, we enjoyed the food and the breakfast. "
