"Clean and efficient "

"I’m shocked about this hotel — this is the first time I’ve stayed in this type of complex-style hotel, especially an ECHO Suites, and I’m impressed. I came for Thanksgiving and my 3 nights were great: quiet, everything clean, and the building is BRAND NEW! It has a Buc-ee’s and a CVS right in front — you can’t ask for more. The night-shift lady treated me very politely and helped me with a room request. I would definitely stay at this hotel in Katy or any other ECHO Suites."

"Very clean property with all needed amenities, great staff and convenient location, many casual dining options in the area. Did not try the breakfast so cannot comment. A one off issue (not due to the hotel or staff) was handled showing excellent customer service by the General Manager of the hotel Heather and Expedia customer service. We will definitely stay again at this hotel location because of the above reasons, and will continue to use Expedia also because of their superior and prompt service, and recommend both to others without hesitation. "

"My family enjoyed the indoor pool. The hotel was clean and many food options nearby to choose from. Katy Mills, Slick City, Dig World and Chuck E. Cheese's were close for family fun. I would definitely book again!"

"We went to Houston to visit some friends. We stayed there two nights. The check-in process was fast and easy. The room was very Chan and comfortable although not fancy. If had a kitchen with anything necessary for an extended stay. The bathroom had a bath tub which is a bit dated but it was very clean. The few people we got in contact with w the breakfast was ok they offered some protein, fresh oatmeal , fruit, waffles, coffee and others. The food was ok.in general our stag was pleasant and we will most likely return to this property next time we vist Houston. "
