"Lovely hotel perfect location while visiting the chi town!"

"This hotel is in walking distance of food and shopping, which my family and I enjoyed. The hotel employees were accommodating when it came to making sure our room was clean since it was five women in the room. Also, the front desk let us store our luggage since we had booked a late train back home. I have plans to come back in October. I appreciate the help and welcomeness the staff gave us. "

"I liked the environment inside the Hotel, the service was easy. The room was complete with everything (shampoo, etc). However, if you want additional self-care, you can ask and they can help you. The bar in the lobby is great, if you don't want to go far from your hotel, the bar is the best option where you can spend time with your friends. I really loved the place and in my next visit I would like to stay again there. "

"Very great Stay and service!! Staff and Valet Service was great and helpful. Bed was crunchy tho, crunchy as in not sinking in the bed soft crunchy. We had a street side window so a bit chaotic with the honking and music but it’s chicago. Pillows, looking at them, they look as if they’ll be fluffy and firm BUT pillow flatten so as i put my head down. Neck wasn’t happy. But for real, very good hotel for me !! "
