"The picture portrayed on the website did not match the property. It didn't look very safe and our door didn't latch properly. I think they were short staffed, because the front desk lady also had to do the breakfast in the morning probably after working all night. It looked like they were trying to fix it up, but the description didn't match the actual hotel."

"From the outside, it looks like a truckers motel. Right next to a truck stop. Duh. When I checked there was no one at the desk and access to the rooms was wide open. No interior security. The room itself was ok. Bathroom was eh. The shower was not very strong. The supplied soap and shampoo, dried my skin out terribly so. The one shinning star in this was, I lost my room key and had to wake the host up after 1:30am. They did come and get me into my room and issued another key. Found...

"My room was not cleaned. There was food on the floor along with plastic silverware and hair in the bathroom. The bed was made but had food and blood spots on the sheets. The pillow cases had drool stains on them. they gave me a second room which the floors were not vacuumed and the pillow spelt terrible. The sheets did look clean. The bathroom had strings and hair on the floor. Very disappointed! The outside was not maintained either."

"Comfortable stay, nice property. Communication prior to arrival on Expedia was non existent. The nightly rate was fair for what you get, if your getting your own bathroom. The fees were high. You are charged double fees for using Expedia and a card ($18). Couldn't get the TV to work, it was a cold breakfast not a hot one fyi. Guests have to present for owner to run your card. Not sure why that is either if your card is on Expedia. Thank you for the accommodations. "

"We found the lobby to be very nice. The pool and hot tub area were nice and the staff was nice too. However Our son’s room had multiple problems. It was a pet friendly room and smelled very bad. It was $40 per night for the pet fee but I don’t know that the money is used to help with the room after a pet leaves because the smell was bad. The sink and tub also did not drain. It would eventually drain after several hours but on the last day the sink wouldn’t drain at all. I asked the night...
