"The hotel staff are EXCELLENT. Especially Dina. We were stuck in Rimini for 5 days due to the UK ATC issue and Ryanair’s incompetence. The kindness shown to us by Dina during this time was invaluable. She went out of her way to make us feel welcomed and that really helped ease a stressful situation. "This is a good hotel, not new but cozy and comfortable. The pool nice but looked green in bottom. So we didn’t try it. Breakfast was very nice with wide variety of dishes. Beach is close to hotel and free for hotel visitors. We paid for umbrella and chairs only. "
