This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Garda. The team there went above and beyond for my birthday and made the resort feel like home. 100/10 I would give this place ten stars. Great location and exceptional service!!

Perfect little gem of a hotel in Riva

We visited here as a part of our road trip, we traveled by car so we needed car park which was provided by the hotel. The hotel is recently completely rebuilt so everything is super clean and modern. Everyone is super lovely, friendly and helpful. The hotel is family owned and the owners are hands on and are always there to make sure everything is perfect.

The hotel is very modern is centrally located near all activities, restaurants, etc. The underground parking is quite the experience as you access it via a lift! Hotel room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Laundry available, which was convenient. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful at all times. Breakfast was great and they make you eggs as you like them! Lots of items to chose from at the buffet. Located within walking distance to shops, the waterfront and funicular. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Der Parkplatz kostet 30,-€ pro Nacht, was ich leider sehr teuer finde. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, könnte allerdings vielfältiger bzw. mehr Auswahl sein. Es fehlt frisches Obst, Gemüse oder eine Auswahl an Brötchen oder Aufstrichen, etc. Ansonsten ist das Hotel modern und neu und hat eine sehr gute Lage.

Hotel carino, a un passo dal centro di Riva del Garda. Camere pulite, tutto molto modesto. Se ci si sa accontentare va più che bene! Possibilità di acquistare un pass da 5€ alla reception per parcheggio in zona centrale della durata di 24h. Oppure è disponibile un posto auto nell'hotel (fino ad esaurimento disponibilità) a 15€ al giorno. Il signore che ci ha accolto alla reception è stato molto gentile, esauriente e premuroso, sempre, ad ogni nostra richiesta. Unica nota negativa: il giorno seguente al check out ci ha seguito una ragazza molto scortese e maleducata, per niente adatta al contatto con il pubblico. Consigliamo di cambiare mestiere. Nel complesso giudizio molto buono. Ci torneremo sicuramente per una toccata e fuga! ;)

Petit hotel de charme

UN hotel charmant, pas tres moderne, au charme desuet et on s'y repose bien, au calme et on mange tres bien dans une bonne atmosphere. Wifi pas terrible, parking peu pratique sont les limites. Le personnel est super agreable et on y passe un tres bon moment.

SImple et sympathique

Un hotel sympathique avec un bon accueil, un emplacement genial et un personnel agréable avec un restaurant de qualité. Seul bemol : un wifi effiace dans les communs mais lent dans les chambres, un parking peu commode mais le patron accommode les choses. Je conseille et c'est vraiment sympa et tranquille.
