"Staff were wonderful. Cleanliness was great. My only two negatives are that parking was a mess and very limited. Only a small portion of the parking garage was open so you had to wait for casino people to leave before you could park to hotel-stay. Literally a parking line with long wait times. Second is that all the food is inside the casino part so if you’re traveling with a minor your only option is to order room service or buy a $150 steak at Prime which is the only option outside the 21+ area. "

"We loved the waterfront view and the indoor pool! The cafe inside the hotel has good coffee and lattes. I didn’t realize that we had breakfast included as an option!"

"First & foremost, THE VIEW was AMAZING, right on the Delaware River with a gorgous view of the Philadelphia city skyline & Ben Franklin Bridge! You have to appreciate that! A little inconvenient if spending most of trip in Philly, but we didn't mind ride share prices (they include the toll bridge). Property is newer, so it's to be expected to be in good condition, which it was. :) Cleaning was great, and housekeeping staff offered amazing service! Never been asked multliple times just walking down hallway if we needed anything. Only negative nitpicky thing I could say about cleaning is that the King shower door track should be checked & cleaned out. Almost all front desk staff were also amazing, but it was a pretty big inconvenience that they did not have quarters for hotel's coin-operated laundy or a quarter machine. We didn't rent/bring a vehicle on this trip, hotel is only 1/2 mile from sketchy (I didn't mind) convenience store (no quarters for sale though), and toll to cross bridge by taxi/ride share wasn't an option just to get quarters. My biggest complaint is truly that a hair dryer has to be requested, as they are not in the hotel bathrooms by default, and I'm was disappointed not to have a lit up magnifying mirror in the hotel bathroom. I truly thought this was standard for Hilton brand hotels, but guess I'm wrong, and on top of that bathroom lighting isn't great. Lighting wouldn't have been an issue if it had that mirror. ;)"

"This Best Western Plus was just what we needed! Fantastic breakfast. Helpful, kind and accommodating staff, a very comfortable stay. We will definitely be back if we need to be in the area again!"
