"The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, there were no coffee pods to start my day. I'm sure they would have brought them, but I was in a hurry to start my day. The drain in the tub/shower was very slow so water backed up while I was showering. Overall, the value is good for a relative large city, but the facility is showing its age and needs a facelift. I did just a one night stay and was happy with my choice. I did not visit the restaurant."

"Our air conditioning wasn’t working. We reported it once and no one came so I walked to front desk and asked again. They did send someone up immediately and he told us it was working but you could stand in the room and definitely tell it wasn’t. He did return about 30 min later and held up a thermometer to the vent and said it’s working, but the thermostat was sitting on 65 and the room was 75 degrees. We had been at a baseball field all day and we were exhausted. We ended up staying in the room because we didn’t feel like moving but didn’t sleep at all because it was so hot in the room. The next day I returned to front desk and they happily let us move rooms but the second room wasn’t much different. It was cooler, but still the room didn’t get under 73 degrees. I overheard 3 others talking about the air."

"Entire complex is outdated and smells like cigarettes. Tub and sink needed a good scrubbing, shampoo and body wash containers were empty. Rooms are not cleaned and refreshed until checkout, had to ask for clean towels and coffee refills at the desk. Peeling wallpaper in bathroom, stains on the ceiling. Unless your are in town for the casino, would not recommend."
